Fantastic Hotel with great facilities and very helpful staff.
Pros:

We loved the location and spacious room. The balcony was great. The pools were excellent. The staff were fantastic. Simply a great place.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was the prices at the rooftop bar. 360,000 for a Huda beer when you can go anywhere else in Hoi An and buy one for 35,000. This was not a problem as we simply did not use the bar!

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einem schicken Hotel mit tollem Frühstück und schicken Pools.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral aber dennoch ruhig in Hoi An. Wir haben ein sehr schönes Zimmer bekommen das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Das Hotel bietet zwei sehr schöne Pools zum Entspannen. Diese haben wir hinreichend genutzt da es sehr heiß und schwül war während unseres Aufenthaltes. Das Frühstück war auch fantastisch. Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt zu einem wirklich fairen Preis.
Zu erwähnen wäre noch die Kulanz des Hotels. Ich hatte vergessen unsere erste Nacht zu stornieren weil sich unsere Pläne geändert hatten. Die Stornofrist war inzwischen abgelaufen und der Betrag wurde mir von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Nach kurzer Erklärung der Situation meinerseits über das Portal wurde mir der Betrag ohne weitere Diskussion anstandslos erstattet, bzw. mit dem ausstehenden Aufenthalt verrechnet. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Wonderful
Pros:

If I could give this a 12 out of 10, I would. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was close to everything you wanted to be near. The breakfast was excellent and had a lot of variety. I got sick on my last day (unrelated) and the staff was so helpful and checked in on me, recommended a pharmacy, and had congee sent to my room. They truly take care of their guests.
