Everything. Since the beginning everything was just perfect. They welcomed us very warmly and offered us an upgrade with a room with river view. The room was so beautiful, clean, amazing bathroom and equipped with all that you need. I really loved bath gel, shampoo and conditioner! Laundry service has been sooo fast.
All the areas of the hotel are so well maintained. The breakfast is so rich and even the pool rooftop bar has a very nice view.
They also have bicycles for free that you can use to easily reach Hoi An city center, just a few step by walk anyway far from the hotel. The position is indeed very convenient as it is quiet and far from the crowd.

The Royal Hoi An is an elegant, comfortable, and sophisticated hotel that offers a truly relaxing stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, the facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is peaceful.
The staff were professional and welcoming ( thank you Nguyet) , making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined and comfortable stay in Hoi An.
We stumbled upon this hotel by chance and didn't regret it. It is a very clean and pampering hotel. The breakfast is varied and delicious—there is something for everyone. There are two large pools and, above all, a warm and efficient staff. We really enjoyed ourselves.

-Gym was very small and old equipment that didn’t work (thread mill)
- furniture was broken
- bed and bathroom divided by a curtain
- tiles in swimming pool were broken and sharp
- very noisy, you can literally hear neighbours press buttons
- expensive for what you get
