The airport shuttle service operates on the following schedule:
Airport to hotel: 10:45, 11:30, 12:30, 13:45, 16:00 and 18:00 – every day from 10:45 to 18:00.
Hotel to airport: 08:00, 10:30 and 13:00 – every day from 08:00 to 13:00.
All shuttle services are subject to availability and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
Guests must notify the property of their meal reservation request in advance.

Das Hotel war in allem gut. Die Lage ist okay, man ist in 10Minuten im Zentrum. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Zimmer sind recht gross und die Aussicht auf den Fluss schön.
Leider hatten wir wohl ein bisschen unglück mit dem Service. Wir waren uns anderen, besseren Service, von anderen 5* Hotels in Vietnam gewohnt. Angefangen beim Pool, da interessiert es wohl keinen, dass man etwas essen oder trinken möchte... man musste sich selber darum kümmern. Zudem der Pool auch keine Oase ist, direkt neben der Strasse. Dann hatten wir wegen der grossen Hitze eine sehr frühe Tour gebucht und wollten das Frühstück aufs Zimmer bestellen, leider kam nichts? Wir haben es dann an der Rezeption gesagt, aber wieso kein Frühstück gekommen ist, wissen wir bis jetzt nicht. Beim Checkout haben wir es dann nochmals erwähnt, jedoch wusste die Duty Managerin auch nicht wirklich, wie damit um zu gehen. Daher kann ich leider wirklich keine 5* für dieses Hotel geben, wir sind leider wirklich ein bisschen enttäuscht.
Amazing location, walking distance to the ancient town. The rooms were spacious and the pools were a life saver after a hot day shopping! Food at the hotel was first class!
Breakfast was great; there were lots of vegan options. The hotel has 2 pools but we only used the rooftop one. The hotel is very well appointed and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and again very clean.
No complaints. We had a great time. The fitness centre is small. I tried to use it once but someone was doing stretches on a mat and there wasn't room for a second person, so I abandoned the idea and did yoga in my room instead. I had a facial at the hotel spa, which was OK but it was very cold and therefore not as relaxing as I'd hoped.
Everything . The rooms,the facilities,the staff ,the breakfast.
The only suggestion would be to extend Happy hour from 5-10 instead of two seperate times and maybe the downstairs pool extended too .
Large comfortable beds and pillows. Close walk to Old Town. Great pools. Very good breakfast. Large spacious room.
Balcony was too small to sit on. Toilet door was tricky.
