Bad manager
Pros:

The reception staff was lovely and just doing their job.

Cons:

We went to check in early willing to pay the charge of 1000yen per hour . What annoyed me was the manager wanted to charge 1000yen per person as well. So if your a family of four you would be up for 4000yen per hour for early checkin!!! Ridiculous. Spoke to manager he was rude and said what he said and walk off. Very unreasonable manager!!

Pros:

TV館内情報のためか、お風呂もレストランも混雑はなかった。

Cons:

2泊したが、2泊目の朝食は、ないものが多かった。特に朝食のメインとなるパンがないという状況。
氷のアイスサーバーが氷を作れないと言った状況で、フロントで届けますとは言っていただいたが、夏の暑い中では不便だった。
