また、利用したい、いやするね。
Pros:

朝食がよかった。人工温泉はとてもよかった。ベッドも熟睡できた。値段もお値打ちでした。

Pros:

部屋も広く清潔感があった。
大浴場もありリラックスできる。朝食会場やだいよくじゃあの混雑状況が部屋で判り良い。
バイクで行ったが、玄関横の屋根のあるところに駐輪させてくれた。

残念
Cons:

深夜にチェックインしましたが接客中とのこともあり受付に3台ほどあるパネルでの操作を促されました。
パネルには保護フィルムのようなものがついていて画面がぼやけて何をすれば良いかわからない感じでした。

操作がわからない旨をスタッフに説明すると少し不機嫌な態度を取り、自分の説明は聞かず紙に記入するよう促されました。

以前、宿泊した際にチェックアウト後に天気が悪くなりロビーで雨宿りさせてもらった際にはスタッフが3名ほど居て皆さん対応が素晴らしくホテルに対し良いイメージを持っていただけに残念です。

以後は利用を控えるか検討中です。

草津方面に来る時は利用すると思います
Pros:

朝食のバイキングが食べやすい味付けでした
お風呂が清潔で湯加減もよく程よく大きい湯船だった
部屋にソファがあった
ドトールのコーヒーが美味しかった

スタッフ笑顔無し。駐車場が広いけど、チェックイン後に食事に出て帰って来たら満車に近くてビビった。大浴場あったけど風呂上がりロビー歩くの嫌で入らなかった

Great value for the amenities provided
Pros:

Super friendly staff that spoke English! We were traveling by car so we were happy with the large and free carpark. The onsen was really nice and a welcomed treat for the end of a long driving day. Free coffee and tea in the lobby also was great! There are many restaurants in driving and walking distance nearby. Breakfast was also free and had lots of options. I enjoy Japanese style breakfasts so no complaints from me, but my European relatives had difficulty enjoying the options. Overall, a great stay for just a nights sleep on a roadtrip.

Cons:

Unfortunately the beds were rock hard, and I had difficulty sleeping. I shared with a relative (both small women) and we felt a bit cramped. After 12 nights of travel, this was my least favorite bed. My older relative who had her own bed had no complaints and said she had a great sleep.
