The stairs down the the fabulous bathroom wouldn’t work for some people

The Rate Le Corti property more than lived up to expectations! Beautifully furnished the bedroom area is very spacious with a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. There is a separate room upstairs which has a desk and sofa for some extra room if needed with the modern bathroom downstairs from the bedroom. There is access to the shared rooftop area from both bedroom and "lounge" room. There is also a connecting door in case families wish to book both rooms. The room is exceptionally well equipped with all needed items including kettle, iron and hairdryer. There is also a fridge for chilled, filtered water and your own items. Aircon is also available but we didn't need to switch this on during our visit. The property also has a number of shared areas inside such as the reception area, gym, sauna and movie room although we didn't get chance to use any of them! The location of the property is perfect. Just a 2 min walk round to the Duomo area with a lovely cafe just need door for excellent coffee and food plus a discount for staying in the property next door. I would also like to show my appreciation to Lorenzo who's communication prior to arriving was excellent, meeting us at the property as we arrived to help with cases and show us how to access the property and our room. Lorenzo stayed in contact to make sure all was good with the stay and helped us book a taxi back to the train station on departure day.
No complaint but just to make people aware there is a tight circular staircase to move between the bathroom, bedroom and lounge room which some might not like especially during night time but there are automatic lights in the staircase.
What an amazing find. Location was so central to everything. The staff were exceptional. So helpful and responsive to any request. The room was lovely. Beautifully designed. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, short walk to everything and on a quiet street. Amazing, clean, comfortable and spacious. Everything is well cared for and it’s such a beautiful and unique property. The staff took such wonderful care of us! We highly recommend this place!

The rooms had no window and there’s a small kitchen but no table in the room.
I contacted the administrators about eating in the common area and it was informed that this was not allowed. I think having such a beautiful common area which tables you cannot use to eat useless. That’s why it’s always empty.
In my opinion: the price is expensive for a place with no breakfast and no possibility to eat in the comun area. Specially because there’s not even a table in the room for you to eat.
