the shower sound was too loud and the bed is already rickety. there's no trash basket in the toilet. the towel had a bed smell. and can't found the tv remote, already asked the staff about the remote but no one send it to the room.

Bathroom had no mirror the room had no window bad mattress on the floor could hear the lift going up and down all night and other guests were very noisy

Honestly, almost everything else. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
The room was in an absolutely appalling condition. There was mould everywhere in the bathroom, dirt, cockroaches, holes in the walls and heavily damaged furniture. The bed was completely damaged and the mattress was filthy and disgusting. Sleeping properly was simply impossible.
Some electrical sockets were damaged, with cables visibly sticking out. In my opinion, this is a serious safety concern, especially if someone accidentally comes into contact with the exposed cables.
The shower was broken and literally came apart when I used it. There was no hot water either. Even after letting the water run for around 10 minutes, it was still only lukewarm.
The entire bathroom was dirty, mouldy and extremely unpleasant to use. The overall condition of the room was far beyond what I would consider acceptable for a hotel.
And the problems did not end there. The hotel was extremely noisy at night. There were loud conversations, music and repeated banging directly outside my room, sometimes at 3 or 4 a.m. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the building.
I reported the problems to the hotel twice during my stay. I was told that there was no other room available and that the other rooms were more or less in the same condition.
The reality was completely different from the impression created by the photos on Booking.com. The condition I experienced was shocking, unhygienic and, in several respects, concerning from a safety perspective.

I am writing this review very clearly to warn other travellers: Please look carefully at the recent reviews and think twice before booking this property. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend it and I would never stay here again.

Parking were very hard to get.

Tuvaleti bozuktu tamir etmediler. Tuvalette sifon çalışmıyordu. Otel çok hijyenik değildi. Wifi çekmiyor.

Mucho ruido, las imágenes se ven mejor la habitación

La limpieza en general de la habitación, las sábanas tenían manchas y las toallas no estaban limpias, olían a sudor.
