Wirklich empfehlenswert für eine kurze Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Bettwäsche war enthalten obwohl anders angekündigt.

Cons:

Das Klappbett war kaputt und blieb nicht von allein unten, mussten wir mit ein paar Tricks feststellen. Die Rezeption war zu den Zeitpunkt nicht besetzt, so dass wir den Schaden nicht melden konnten.

The airport transfer is free, but please note that it does not stop in front of the hotel, but stops a little further away, on the street!

Suite à mon séjour dans votre hôtel Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Airport
du vendredi 15 mai 2026 au samedi 16 mai 2026
ou j'ai réservé 2 chambres studio en l occurrence chambre 204 et 304,
je tiens à vous faire part de mon mécontentement et de cette expérience désagréable.
Arrivée aux alentours de 21h le vendredi soir, la chambre 304 n'était pas faite, ci-joint photo.
Odeur nauséabonde, vaisselle dans l' évier, etc...

Retour à la réception, expliquant le cas, on me dit qu'il s'en occupe dans l' heure qui suit. À noter, réceptionniste très agréable et compréhensible seul point positif.

Retour 23h, la chambre n’était toujours pas prête, retour à la réception.
La solution, une nouvelle chambre dans l' urgence (chambre 204) odeur de tabac horrible. Ménage et poussière décevant, lavabo de salle de bain boucher (découverte du matin).

Lorsque l' on réserve une chambre, on s'attend à une certaines prestations.

Suite à cette expérience, j'espère qu'un geste commercial de votre part sera effectué.

Dans l' attente d' un retour, je me tiens à garder mon avis publiquement sur votre établissement.

Kényelmes, tiszta, jól felszerelt, jól hangszigetelt.

Cons:

Az ágynál lévő egyik éjjeli lámpa le volt szerelve és a vezetékek szabadon lógtak. Ez nem olyan dolog, amire azt lehet, mondani, hogy nem vettek észre, illetve amit legalább egy szigetelő szalaggal nem lehetett volna orvosolni. Nem egetverő probléma, de kis odafigyeléssel kezelhető lett volna, mielőtt kiadják valakinek a szobát.

Zelf bedden opmaken, reageren niet op vraag over shuttlebus. Toen dure taxi moeten nemen. Tv werkte niet, konden nog niet slapen vanwege reis. Andere kamer gekregen. Weer zelf bedden opmaken.
