Leider nur ein Kurzurlaub aber das nächste Mal wird länger und natürlich wieder im Grand Hotel
Pros:

Großartiges Personal in allen Bereichen es ist sensationell was das ganze Service Team, die Rezeptionistinnen die Köche und die Zimmer Damen leisten. Aber auch die Damen in der Thermen Rezeption sind enorm bemüht und freundlich. Ja sogar der Butler vom Auto bring Abhol- und Bring Dienst aus der Garage war mega hilfsbereit. Einfach großartig. Der Sauna Bereich war spitze und der Wellness im Bade Bereich war ansprechend. Frühstück und Abendessen reichlich, abwechslungsreich und mega gut!

Cons:

Wenn ich mir etwas wünschen dürfte, dann wäre es ein neuer WC und Dusch Bereich beim Ein und Ausgang zu den Schwimmbädern. Alles andere ist einfach perfekt

Hotel je na odlični lokaciji, sobe so lepe, zajtrk pa odličen. Lepo poskrbijo tudi za kužke – prvič se nam je zgodilo, da so nas v sobi pričakale pasja blazina in dve posodici, kar nas je zelo prijetno presenetilo.

Cons:

Ponoči je bilo v sobi kar 27 °C. Čeprav smo zvečer na recepciji opozorili, da je prevroče, težave niso mogli odpraviti. Ob odhodu smo na računu opazili še dve napaki, zato priporočamo, da račun skrbno preverite. Niti za neustrezno temperaturo v sobi niti za napaki na računu se nam niso opravičili.

V Portorož jsem byl několikrát a určitě né naposledy ale do tohoto hotelu se už nevrátím.
Pros:

Lokalita a celkově Portorož je nádherné místo. Bohaté snídaně i večeře byly super.

Cons:

Co se mi nelíbilo věčné čekání na výtahy. Celkem mě zklamala teplota termální vody ve wellness více méně byla studená a v komplexu byla zima. Přechod k dalšímu bazénu velmi dlouhý a komplikovaný.

Lage top, Mitarbeitermotivation im Keller.
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, das Frühstücksbuffet war toll und zur öffentlichen Therme ist es wirklich nahe.

Cons:

Die meisten Service-Mitarbeiter waren schlecht gelaunt, humorlos und genervt (in der Therme selbst waren die Mitarbeitenden noch mieser drauf). Das Management hat hier wohl wirklich einiges vergeigt. Die Damen der Zimmerreinigung dagegen waren sehr freundlich.
Das Doppelbett hatte mittig 15cm Platz ... kein Drama, aber nichts zum Zusammenkuscheln.
Hotelparkplatz war bei Ankunft keiner verfügbar, wir standen ein paar Hundert Meter weiter öffentlich für 20 EUR / 24h.

Alles in Allem ein tolles Hotel und empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Sehr schöne, moderne und geräumige Zimmer. Hervorragender Ausblick vom Balkon (4. Stock) auf das Meer.
Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sehr reichhaltig und völlig ausreichend!

Cons:

-Spa-Bereich etwas überlaufen (keine Liegen vorhanden gewesen)
-Eigentlich war unser Zimmer ein Zimmer mit Verbindugnstür und die Nachbarn meinten in der Nacht, diese des öfteren lautstark öffnen zu wollen
-Man könnte beim Abendessen zumindest Wasser und ggf. Säfte kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen - wäre ein netter benefit :-)
