Leuke ontspanning voor Max 3 dagen, Portoroz is echt heel mooi, ook het buurdorp Piran waar wij ‘‘s morgens naartoe wand

Niets bijzonders over te vertellen.

Cons:

Restaurant was een grote refter precies, veel rumoer, lawaai. Gepensioneerde die bang waren dat ze geen eten hadden en heel onbeleefd je voor staken aan het buffet. Het eten was trouwens zowel ‘‘s morgens als ‘‘s avonds niet warm, lauw. Ik heb dit aan de receptie ook gemeld

Vil ikke anbefale hotellet. Det er for dyrt når der hverken var pool eller spa.

Rigtig god morgenmad.
Gode senge.
Stuepiger meget imødekommende.
God aircondition, meget støjsvag

Cons:

Ingen pool. Det er simpelthen ikke godt nok på et 4 stjernet hotel. Vi måtte ud på gaden og hen på et andet hotel for at bruge poolen der. Og der var alt for få solsenge og parasoller til gæster fra flere hoteller. Vi fik aldrig en plads ved poolen
Spaafdeling havde lukket mens vi var der, så massage foregik også på et andet hotel. Det viste sig at spaafdelingen på hotellet har planlagt lukket hver sommer !!!
Det skal fremgå meget mere tydeligt på booking. com.
Meget lille tv ikke større end en computerskærm.
Hotellet bærer præg af at være gammelt og slidt

Mediocre and dissapointing. Would not recommend. Felt they just wanted your cash every opportunity. Has no soul and lack
Pros:

The location was convenient for Portoroz and for easy travel to Piran by foot, bus or taxi. Close to various beach options.

Cons:

There was a problem with the booking in that they did not allocate the room we had booked. What could have been easily solved was painful and desk staff were not overly helpful and bordered on rude. Basic customer service was severely lacking and it took involving booking.com to get a suitable resolution and several wasted hours. Cleaning staff were super friendly in contrast. The thermal pools were closed (check when you book) and parking is eye watering at 15 Euros a day. Breakfast was ok although the coffee is shocking. No coffee facilities in rooms even in executive ones. Sunbeds on the ‘private’ Medusa beach will set you back either €20 on the posher bit or €10 on the cheaper bit.

Ho prenotato ad aprile questo hotel x questo periodo per portare mia moglie a festeggiare il suo compleanno alle terme, e a mia sorpresa le terme erano chiuse. Sono rimasto deluso, alla mia prenotazione mi sono raccomandato di andare alle terme, invece chiuse x tutto il mese, ci hanno dato possibilità di andare in piscina ma al riviera, possibilità di andare al mare al meduza e a mia sorpresa x l'ombrellone e 2 lettini ho dovuto pagare 20€ poi la reception non molto cordiali sono rimasto veramente deluso non ci tornerò più in questo hotel
