Feines Frühstück mit herrlichem Ausblick

Cons:

Eine weniger glamouröse Kaffeemaschine, dafür die Möglichkeit einen Cappuccino herauszulassen.

Our stay at Bergblick Lodge was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The warm welcome set the tone for our entire visit. The manager was incredibly kind, genuine, and welcoming. She took the time to give us fantastic recommendations for the area, honestly telling us which places were truly worth visiting and which ones were better to skip at the moment. That personal advice made a huge difference to our trip.

We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was simply beautiful. It was spotless and the view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony in the morning with a coffee or watching the sunset over the peaks was unforgettable.

The entire hotel is impeccably maintained, and you can feel the care and attention to detail everywhere. There is convenient parking directly in front of the hotel, and every aspect of the service was outstanding. What makes this place truly special is the warm, family atmosphere that makes you feel at home immediately.

If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful place with exceptional hospitality, Bergblick Lodge is the perfect choice. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Schöner Aufenthalt in den Schweizer Bergen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Besonders die überdachte Terrasse mit unmittelbarem Blick auf die imposanten Berge war toll. Die nächste Bushaltestelle war nur 150 Meter entfernt. Außerdem verfügt das Hotel über eine Ladestation, was für E-Auto Besitzer ein großer Vorteil ist. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bei Bedarf hat man während der Rezeption immer kompetenten Ratschlag von der Chefin des Hauses erhalten. Bereits im Vorfeld ist uns die kurzfristige Beantwortung von Anfragen rund um die Unterkunft positiv aufgefallen.
Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, und das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt.

Cons:

Das Hotel bietet beim Frühstück ausschließlich regionale Produkte an, was grundsätzlich zu begrüßen ist. Allerdings schränkt dies die Auswahl erheblich ein. So gab es beispielsweise keinerlei Brötchen und an Wurst wurden lediglich geviertelte Mortadellascheiben, Salami und 2 Schinkensorten angeboten. Rührei war ebenfalls Fehlanzeige. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir uns mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Dafür punktete das Hotel aber wieder mit frischem Brot, Früchten und Obst sowie leckerem regionalem Joghurt und Müsli. Ausserhalb der Frühstückszeiten konnte man sich Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank holen, mit fünf Franken für ein 0,33 Liter Bier waren diese jedoch für unseren Geschmack deutlich zu hoch.
Im Badezimmer wären Handtuchhaken vorteilhaft gewesen. Außerdem gab es im Zimmer keinen Kleiderschrank (lediglich ein offenes Regal) und keine Nachtschränkchen. Der Fernseher war so klein dimensioniert, dass man vom Bett aus leider kein WM Spiel vernünftig verfolgen konnte.

- Auch wenige Minuten vor 15 Uhr kommt man nicht in sein Zimmer, obwohl es fertig war.
- Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in einem abgeschiedenen Dorf
- 2 zusammengestellte Einzelbetten fungieren als Doppelbett. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sehr spartanisch eingerichtet.

Der Inbegriff von Gastfreundschaft! Wahnsinnig nette, herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die 100% auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist. Unser Zimmer war grosszügig und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Aussicht und Lage top. Frühstück mit vielen regionalen Produkten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
