Close to all shops and Kloof Street vibes. Nice and central to everything.
Netflix sound on tv wasn’t working. Only worked for DSTV. I suppose I could have called reception. The bathroom extractor fan wasn’t working.
The breakfast was superb however the room was small as we could not move around. Try to think of reducing the bed size to ordinary double bed to create more space
The room was very small because of the bed size
Kloof Street House is in a good location in walking distance to many lovely restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and were more than willing to help with and requests that we had. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.
As we were staying in Kloof Street in winter, the room felt quite cold.
Friendly staff, tidy rooms, with everything you expected from an upper-class hotel. Closely situated to good restaurants, in the center of Gardens, Cape Town.
There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

The breakfast buffet station was always empty and took forever to get our ordered food
