Good breakfast, friendly staff, good location, clean room.
A bit out dated room, old. Quadruple room was a little tight for 4 people.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was great, walking distance to main sites. Staff were really helpful, breakfast was great. Gym, Sauna and Turkish bath were great.
Very clean and service was good. The hotel was located close to the Blue Mosque and easy to get around to all the main sites.
Breakfast options were limited for children but nonetheless no complaints, the restaurant was clean and food was good!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.

The road outside was very busy and noisy if you had a room overlooking this road.
The array of restaurants was a plus as they were in walking distance.
The rooms overlooking the busy road could have better double or triple glazing
as the noise was too much at certain times of the evening,

The partition between the rooms’ balcony were just planter boxes. So we didn’t get any privacy should we want to enjoy the view from it
