4 Sterne Hotel mit ein paar Schwächen

Sehr ruhige Lage
Reichhaltiges Frühstück und Abendessen
Pool war in Ordnung (begrenzt auf 40 Personen gleichzeitig)

Cons:

Wenn man im Nebengebäude sein Zimmer hat sind es immer weite Wege. Und die Zimmer sind nicht Klimatisiert. Bei 35° ist das fast nicht zumutbar.
Da ich oft in Tschechien bin und nur 4-5 Sterne buche bin ich anders gewöhnt. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. In meinem Zimmer war auch die Klobrille nicht fest sehr wackelig. Badezimmer funktionierte der Abzug nicht und die WC Tür ist nicht abzuschließen.

Schönes Hotel in schöner Lage mit kühlem Empfangspersonal und netter Bedienung . Saucen schwach
Pros:

Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön. Die Bedienung im Restaurant ist nett.

Cons:

Die gesamte Behandlung beim Empfang, die den Eindruck vermittelt, als wäre man nicht Gast. Es wurde kein Gepäcksdienst oder sonstige Hilfen angeboten.
Die Küche sollte sich vom Imperial in Karlsbad beraten lassen.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr interessant und gelungen.
Pros:

Die Lage im Park ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Die Nutzung der Bäder hat uns gefallen. Insgesamt sind die Kureinrichtungen im Grünen sehr schön.

Cons:

In einem Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte Kaffee bzw. Teeausstattung im Zimmer selbstverständlich sein. Der Speisesaal ist sehr schön aber recht eng mit Tischen bestückt. Das Essen am Büffet ist nur durchschnittlich (Garpunkte von Fleisch und Gemüse).

Das Abendprogramm war zwar nett aber um 21.30 Uhr alles vorbei.

Pros:

A város nagyon kellemes, igazi békebeli monarchiás hangulat. Gyönyörű épületek, bár sajnos több romos állapotban.

Cons:

A szállida személyzete nem beszél nyelveket. Mindenütt csak oroszul akartak beszélni, ami egy ilyen hekyen abszurd. A személyzet munkamoráljával is problémák voltak: utolsó nap korán kellett eljönnöm a szállodából ezert kértem, hogy egy reggeli csomagot készítsenek az útra, de nem készítettek. Egy 4 csillagos szálloda esetén ez elfogadhatatlan!

Cons:

Zcela nepochopitelný a nekvalitní servis. Půl roku máme rezervováno a celou servicepanel nenapadne kontaktovat, či zmínit, že auto není kde zaparkovat. Za 7000 Kč na noc se dozvíme, že auto můžeme zaparkovat za městem na kopci a basta. Toto se v KV v Puppu ani Imperialu, kde jsme byli, nestalo. Kdybychom toto věděli, tak si tak mizernou službu určitě nevybereme. Opravdu nás nebaví plýtvat časem s takovými imbecily, kteří toto zakryjí. Recenzi vložíme zaslouženě na Google, Trip Adv.aj Prostě hnus.

Pros:

Krásné prostředí hotelu, prostorný a dobře vybavený pokoj, příjemný personál, provozní doba bazénu od 7 hod., u večeře volně k dispozici voda.

Cons:

příjemnou službou je kulturní program v rámci hotelu, ale v době našeho pobytu šlo o akce pro věkovou skupinu 70+, bylo by dobré nabídnout něco i mladším klientům.
