The landscape was magnificent.

Cons:

The quality of hotel is too old, if you only like that type of atmosphere of oldness style its could be good for you, but in most of parts the hotel need renew and fixes.
Also the coffee machine on morning meal doesn't worked well.

אורית צבפר אחת מנהלת. הזמנות חולה על המלון הזה והרבה בזכות תמיד תמיד נמצאת שם לפתור גם אם יש לי את הבעיה הכי קטנה והצוות מדהים האוכל באמת טוב ובי.י ולא תעשייתי באמת באמ. אין כמו המלון הזה כולי תקווה שאתם עושים משהו עם המשובים שאני כל פעם ממלא כי אם יש צוות שיש וחובה לפרגן הרי זה במלון הזה ובמיוחד לאורי. המדהי ה !!

היתרון העיקרי של המקום זה המיקום.
הצוות נחמד מאד אבל לצערי זה לא מספיק כדי להפוך מלון במצב כה ירוד לחופשה נעימה.

Cons:

ראשית המלון ישן מאד. מוזנח.באמצע המקלחת ידית הברז נפלה לי על הרגל. המלון מלוכלך ברמה קיצונית. ריצפה דביקה ומלוכלכת בכל אזורי המלון, שירותים, כלים בחדר האוכל, כתמים במגבות. המלון מתאר שיש מועדון לילדים והוא סגור במשך כל השבוע. אין ארוחות צהריים. ארוחות ערב יש רק כשיש קבוצות וזה לא דבר שאורח יודע ויכול להתארגן בהתאם. הבר בבריכה לא פעיל. בגדול ההרגשה שחוסכים על האורח, פינת המים בלובי רק עם מים וכוסות חד פעמיים, זה באמת מקובל מאד לשים מאפה או פרי, מיץ וכוסות. לכל הפחות מים נקיים. מאכזב מאד.
מציינת לטובה את אלינה בקבלה ואת צוות חדר האוכל.
חבל מאד שמלון מתנהל ככה, מעולם לא דירגתי ככה מלון אבל באמת שזה מקום לסגירה.
