Family stay
Pros:

The staff where professional, warm and accommodating.
I had a very good experience, help advise off most of the reception staff. They were detailed in there explanation and had time to speak to you.
Breakfast staff were pleasant along with cleaning staff. 👌👌
The rooms were spacious and had most things we needed.
Swimming pool was a good size.
Showers worked well with hot water compared to other places.
The beach is 6/7min. Which was awesome.
We had friends come over for a few hours and they had no issues.
The place is clean and the reception has wow look to it.( the football table could do with one that is in use as opposed to just aesthetic looks.

Cons:

There is a noise issue from the restaurant from 10,11pm for an hour or 2 every night. But to be fair when I went to reception and complained he said he will ask them, and within 30mins noise went down.
But over next few days, it still went up at times.
The pool area is slippery and could do with some matting and some rails as there is low walls with deep drop on one side. If someone falls, they could get injured.
There are no shops within the vicinity. Closest ones are 10/12mins walk. There was no site cafe, as the breakfast restaurant is only open for breakfast.
The rooms were spacious which we had
.but could do with an additional option especially in the Royal, Presidential rooms. Like a games console, some form of gaming for children.
Pool area could do with a life guard maybe for busy periods in the day and pool towels.

Awesome, great location and excellent value for money.
Pros:

Everything, friendly staff, cleanliness fantastic and lovely view of the city, Kasbah and sea from our terrace.

الموقع بعيد عن الزحمة وضوضا المدينة وتوفر مواقف سيارات

كل شي جميل ولكن موقف واحد لم يعجبني من احد العاملين في الاستقبال عندما قمت بحجز آخر لصديق أعجب بالفندق عندما قمت بتصويره له ربما فهم الموضوع بطريقه أخرى سيئه وحاولت ان أوضح له الفكره ولكن دون جدوى يبدو أنه قد مر بتجربه سيئه في هذا الجانب أتمنى أن يقرا تعليقي ويعرف ان الأصل في التعامل النيه الطيبه إلى أن يظهر لك غير ذلك وليس الحكم مباشرة من اول نقاش

Hôtel confortable dans quartier très moyen
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable
Bonne literie
Personnel accueillant

Cons:

Le quartier est inachevé (terrains vagues…) même si l’accès à la plage est tout de même rapide.
L’espace piscine n’est pas très convivial.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel est certainement l'atout majeur. Toutefois la vue mer depuis le balcon, le confort et la propreté génerale ont eux aussi participé à notre bien être. C'était un excellent endroit pour se reposer après notre roadtrip dans le sud.
