Lovely Central Hotel in the wonderful Montreux
Pros:

Lovely central hotel
Nice and quiet yet on busy main road
Staff very pleasant
Lovely sitting areas within Hotel and loved the Lift which had been used since 1911

Cons:

Breakfast, although enjoyable, was limited in choice

Mold in Bathroom worst experience and Unhygienic Room. Unable to use Bathroom in room.
Pros:

Its worst hotel, Nothing good to mention as it was worst experience for my family.

Cons:

Bathroom Mold everywhere, unhygienic. My family for complete stay was not able to use bathroom in Hotel. Total waste for money.
Seems they dont clean bathroom properly, poor ventilation in bathroom area. I kindly request for refund.

Pros:

Great location near the waterfront and main area. Beautiful classy historic hotel. Wonderful staff and beautiful balcony with views of Lake Geneva. Brilliant historic elevator

Cons:

A little too warm this time of year without an Air Con. they provided a fan but when we return I would definitley get a room with an AC.

A great night in a comfortable, attractive hotel.
Pros:

Loved the view from our window, loved the location close to the lake, the bed was very comfortable and there wasn't a lot of noise at night, so we slept very well. Also appreciated that the room had a small refrigerator. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful and a very nice place to sit and relax.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny and having the sink in another part of the room was a bit inconvenient. For one night, however, it was not a problem.

Pros:

We liked the room with the large bed, we liked that there was a fan in the room.

Cons:

We didn't like that we had to have s huge archaic key with us at all times. A smaller key or a room card would have been nice. I wish there had been two chairs in the room and a coffee machine would have been nice.

Hôtel agréable
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement placé au cœur de Montreux et le parking est vraiment appréciable.
Le petit déjeuner est bon et le personnel est agréable. La salle de bain est bien rénovée

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est pas climatisé donc difficile de dormir par ces fortes chaleurs, mais en même temps il s'agit d'un phénomène météorologique exceptionnel.
La chambre est vraiment vieillotte et un peu petite. Un peu cher rapport qualité prix.
Le prix du petit déjeuner est un peu excessif

Bin enttäuscht, verstehe nicht, dass man sich nicht mehr Mühe gibt.
Pros:

Eigentlich ein stilvolles Hotel mit einem guten Restaurant, dass auch von Einheimischen besucht wird. Reception und Servicepersonal waren sehr nett. Zentrale Lage, wenn auch an einer befahrenen Strasse.

Cons:

In unseren Zimmer hatte es sehr unangenehm gerochen, vor allem in dem der Kinder. Vielleicht lag es am Teppich, wir fanden es nicht heraus. Hätte für sie sofort ein anderes verlangen sollen. So etwas vermietet man doch gar nicht, vor allem wenn jemand drei Nächte bleiben will! Das Bad war abgenutzt (wieder bei den Kindern), und die Einrichtung alt und lieblos. Das Beste: Man reisst beim Schrank einen Flügel ab, um einen Kühlschrank reinzustellen, Wow!!! Die Wände waren dünn, es war viel zu ringhörig, in einem Hotel schätzt man doch Privatsphäre.
