Ambiente acolhedor, quarto grande, bom pequeno almoço.
Absolutely nothing, the property is terrible.
The property was filthy, cleaners arrived after we checked in and spent 5 minutes cleaning. The furniture was damaged and dirty, the sun loungers unusable. We were promised a refund but that has not materialised. We have 20 pics but can only load 4.
Apartamento amplio, habitaciones amplias con baño cada una las camas comodas y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y el salón. Haber es antiguo en su momento tuvo que ser top pero ya está antiguo pero está bastante bien
Muebles de la cocina viejillos, electrodomésticos viejillos, la puerta de entrada muy vieja y menaje justito pero bueno para una semana te apañas,un poco lejos df la playa hay que coger 15 minutos de coche pero eso no tiene culpa el apartamento, sitio tranquilo pof las noches sin ruido
La ubicación entre campos de golf y vistas . Habitaciones muy espaciosas y camas cómodas
El complejo necesita una reforma integral tiene muy buena base pero no está actualizado

Notifiqué que anulaba la última noche por motivos de cambios en mi estancia en un campeonato deportivo, me comunicaron que no habría problema y que me harían la devolución correspondiente, desde ese día no han vuelto a contestar mis correos y me dan largas para no realizar la devolución que habían acordado

Ce séjour etait un cauchemar. Nous espérons seulement ne pas avoir été contaminés par toutes ces blattes.
Estaba todo muy bien pero lo mejor es la amplitud que tiene todo, cada habitación con sus cuartos de baños estaba todo limpio, hay dos piscinas una de ella tiene un bar, la otra una isla en medio el agua está muy buena y templada, los de la resección muy amables, también hay aparcamiento.

Que los apartamentos había que subir muchas escaleras para llegar y después dentro también tenía escaleras
Nada... Fué decepcionante.
La limpieza mal. Había hormigas y bichos en la casa. Tuvimos que limpiar nosotros.Puse hora de entrada de 15 a 16 horas. Llegamos a las 16 horas y no tenían el apartamento preparado. Instalaciones viejas y con falta de mantenimiento. La bañera antigua y alta dificultando la entrada y salida de ella
Muchas escaleras para subir al apartamento y más escaleras de caracol en su interior. Sólo un baño en el piso superior.. El día que nos íbamos a las 8 de la mañana la recepción cerrada. Sólo abren de 9 a 5 de la tarde
No atienden el teléfono. El apartamento con una toalla de mano para 2 personas 6 días... Muy mala atención, muy mal servicio.
Es de delito.
Nos encontramos dos cucarachas en la habitación (Adjunto fotos porque no me deja videos) y en recepción nos dijeron que estábamos encontramos zona rural y se negaron a cambiarnos las toallas que habían estado en contacto con las cucarachas.
Por otro lado, se fue la luz del hotel a las 18:00 de la tarde un sábado y no volvió hasta las 7:30 de la mañana del domingo. No podíamos ni cargar los móviles, ni poner el aire (42 grados hacía) ni cocinar ni ver la tele.
El día que hicimos el check out por lo menos ví 20 hojas de reclamaciones de gente quejándose así que no éramos los únicos.
No le recomiendo a nadie este hotel ni el servicio nefasto por parte de la gente de recepción.
