Overall, really enjoyed our stay and probably we would stay at the same hotel again.
Pros:

It's location and the staff were excellent. The hotel was exceptional clean.

Cons:

There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also there was no air conditioning working in the room. Being a four star hotel one would expect these.

Close to ferry and a lovely place to stay
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly and efficient- and it was on the lake very close to the ferry. Excellent choice for breakfast

Great place to stay in Riva del Garda
Pros:

Super location directly on the waterfront. Easy to walk to restaurants etc. Electric car charging facilities (22kW) and secure parking very close by. Staff really lovely and a very big breakfast buffet.

Kouzelný hotel v přístavu v Riva del Garda
Pros:

Hotel je starší, ale udržovaný. Měly jsme prostorný pokoj s kouzelným výhledem na jezero. Parkování nedaleko hotelu bylo za poplatek. V dolní části hotelu je bar (u přístavu), kde byla skvělá obsluha (bohužel si nepamatuji jeho arabské jméno).

Cons:

Jediné co nám zkazilo dojem z hotelu byli někteří zaměstnanci hotelu a to např. mladý muž na snídani (arabské jméno), který se neuctivě choval k hostům a nezdravil při příchodu do restaurace a další mladý muž na recepci, který byl ve službě a v pracovní době se vybavoval dole v baru a musely jsme čekat skoro 10 minut na klíče od pokoje. Vzhledem k počasí jsme bohužel nevyužily bazén.
