none, i was shocked at the state of the rooms

Cons:

pathetic! the rooms and bathrooms were hardly cleaned. If i had not made the pre-payment and if it was not late during the day i would have walked out. The AC also barely worked. Not sure how these kind of properties are even active on Booking.

Poor experience
Pros:

To reach the hotel even at night 11 pm, it was not a good experience. The place and hotel is totally dingy, not fit for family to stay. cleanliness, room size and linen, Wash room etc., didn't feel like to stay there. So we decided at midnight , when one is in dire need to relax decided not to check in. Really bad experience in prime location of Bengaluru.

Never ever recommend this place to anyone
Pros:

Lift was in working condition, I liked it.

Cons:

Very very poor maintained property. Welcoming steps are dirty, reception is boaring, rooms are dusty, bathrooms is cockroach house with stain decoration, not even a single hanger in wardrobe, AC is 20 years old and in one side open, god knows what will come out from that. Overall terrific experience and the entire premise is like a haunted place. I really doubt whether it is actually haunted.

Nothing , there are no facilities , no regular cleaning , hot water flow is low , the towels are very bad and they won’t give you good towels

The whole hotel is dislikable , there is nothing good about it , it’s a waste of money , all it offers is a roof and nothing more , shouldn’t be a hotel , should be a pg , it’s as good as a pg
