Excellent base for the Engadin Valley.
Pros:

The service was great all around. The food was excellent every day for breakfast as well as the on site restaurants. The owners (Walthers) were visible, approachable, friendly and engaged. Everything about the property was first rate, very high quality facilities, beautifully cared for and attentive staff. While all the folks at reception were very good, a special call out to Leonnie who was outstanding.

Will not come back again
Pros:

The foreigner staff at the pool was really kind and friendly. He is probably the most real person in the entire hotel.

Cons:

It is traditional hotel but facilities are old, room service food was really really bad. I ordered twice so i confirmed. Pasta was so dry, even an instant packet one would taste better. Service was prompt but overall ambience felt cold even if they tried to be professional but it lacks authenticity of warmth. Very disappointed with my stay and will not return again.

Il personale molto gentile

Cons:

I dolci della colazione inesistenti, solo un cornetto e un paio di muffin. La camera a noi destinata assolutamente non appropriata, credo che neppure gli hotel di tre stelle abbiano una moquette del genere e un divano letto che si piega nel mezzo. Più volte abbiamo rischiato di scivolare nella vasca doccia. Avevamo un cane, piccolo e pulito, e penso che destinino ai possessori di cani la stessa stanza.

Stilvolles Hotel in welchem man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Hotel der Superlative.
Pros:

Ein traumhaftes Hotel, äusserst sauber, sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Die großzügigen Räume insbesondere das Hotel-Lobby und das Grand Restaurant mit den tollen Farben, eine einmalige Atmosphäre

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Alles perfekt.

Great value for money. Super friendly personnel, beautiful hotel and nice, relaxed atmosphere. We got an upgrade upon arrival because of my birthday. Delicious breakfast with many options and local specialities. Nice spa, with different saunas and clean and nice facilities. Highly recommended!

Hôtel absolument à tecommandé avec une cuisine créative, délicieuse de haut niveau.
Pros:

Hôtel très très bien entretenu et décoré avec du style. Ambiance feutrée, soignée mais relax. Exellente et délicieuse cuisine. Ľ'emplacement prés les sentiers randonneurs et Arrêt de Bus.
