Nice place to stay for one night, good location and easy to walk to local markets from.
Pros:

Easy to find, good location - not far from local markets for dinner. Had a pool which we didn’t use but looked lovely.

Pros:

Équipement, aménagement général et propreté dans l'unité sont de loin supérieurs à de nombreux condos semblables à louer !
Excellent contact avec l'hôte.
Literie de très bonne qualité.
Salle de bain hyper fonctionnelle avec multiples tablettes et crochets !!
Piscine agréable.
Check-in et check-out très efficace.
Surement le seul condo de Cebu équipé d'un tire-bouchon !! :)

Cons:

Quartier encore en développement (ruelles sombres) mais à quelques minutes de marche de IT Park.

Pros:

Nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit donc difficile de faire un retour exhaustif. Appartement propre, pouvoir cuisiner est un plus, la piscine spacieuse et l’accès aux équipements sportifs.

Cons:

Le lit d’appoint pour deux personnes non confortable.

Pros:

This place was perfect for our stay. The apartment was spotless clean. Bed was really comfy and it was nice to have a duvet. Lots of cutlery,glasswear. There's a nice communal pool in the complex. Just a short walk to the IT park. It's a nice secure apartment complex too. Smart Tv was major added bonus.

Cons:

The immediate area outside the complex is very dirty run down, but the complex itself is very modern and safe.

Excellent stay♥️
Pros:

Everything was okay during our stay. The unit is beautifully decorated and very well thought out, making it feel cozy and comfortable. The host was nice and accommodating. The location is also great, close to IT Park, restaurants, and cafes, which made getting around very convenient.

The pool is huge, and we really enjoyed spending time there. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Pros:

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Cebu genutzt. Mit Grab kommt man überall schnell hin. Das Apartment ist super sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool mit Sitzmöglichkeit sieht auch gut aus, konnten wir aber nicht nutzen.
In der Nähe auch gute Lechon Restaurants. Wir können House of Lechon empfehlen. Coole location und lustiges Personal.

Everything was perfect! The condo was spotless, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had all the essentials and thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was excellent, close to IT park, and has lots of restaurants. The host was great in sending all the information we needed, made check-in and check-out super easy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again in the future. Highly recommended!
