Pros:

Accès et parking faciles. Chambre d’ un bon rapport qualité-prix. Tranquillité la nuit ( sauf en cas de rodéo nocturne comme lors d’ une précédente nuité un vendredi soir dans ce même hôtel ! ).
Les petits déjeuners sont bien.

Cons:

Peu de chose. Manquent seulement des portes-manteaux à l’ entrée et un porte-serviette pratique en sortie de douche.

Une rigidité administrative déplorable, zéro flexibilité et aucun sens du service client
Cons:

Le service client et la communication avec cet établissement ont été déplorables.
Suite à une erreur de manipulation lors de la réservation, j'ai immédiatement sollicité l'établissement pour trouver une solution amiable (modification ou report de date).

J'ai fait face à une rigidité administrative absolue et un manque total d'empathie du personnel. Ma demande de report est même restée sans réponse. Un bon établissement se distingue par sa capacité à gérer les imprévus et à accompagner ses clients, mais ici, la considération humaine et la flexibilité sont inexistantes.
Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel en raison de la piètre qualité de leur relation client.

Hotel para una noche ideal, la habitación es muy amplia y las camas están bien. Son un poco duras, pero cómodas. El desayuno tiene poca variedad pero todo está muy rico.
Nos hospedamos con una perrita y sin ningún problema.
