Sängen var ok

Cons:

Toaletten var inte städad på över 1 år en av de äckligaste jag sätt vi åkte in till stan istället publik toalett i stan är mer fräsch Nej toaletterna var riktigt nasty.

Personal rökte mycket så det luktade mycket rök i korridoren

Köket var litet och Micron funkade inte

Nej kommer ej tillbaka

För långt ifrån centrum också och nära rosengård

Struttura sporca, in disordine. Cibo ancora nel frigo. Odore di fumo in tutta la struttura. Giardino in condizioni pessime. Divano bruciato verosimilmente da sigarette. Bagno pieno di peli.

Pros:

Rummet jag fick var extremt smutsigt. Lakanen och handdukarna luktade cigarettrök, och lakanet och filten hade synliga fläckar. Det fanns inga papper eller spegel i rummet. Brandlarmet var inte på plats, vilket fick mig att känna mig osäker. Badrummen var väldigt smutsiga. Jag rekommenderar inte detta ställe; det är inte värt att besöka och är inte billigt för de tjänster som erbjuds.

Otroligt smutsigt, unken lukt direkt när kliver in, luktar starkt av cigarettrök, handduken luktade cigarettrök, smuts/snus på golv. Svartmögel i dusch. Fläckar på sängkläderna. Väldigt besviken

STAY AWAY. VERY DIRTY PLACE

reminds me of that program holiday from hell.

I gave the score of 1 because I could not give it zero. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at.
The only positive is the street the property is on is clean.
The property car park Is easy to access.

Cons:

Everything, when we arrived for check in, there was no one there, and we still hadn't received the door codes, despite having messaged the property via booking.com a day prior, they didn't reply. They literally dont send u the details until u arrive, I had to phone the Swedish number to get a code. Once in, a young guy turned up showed us how to open the door and said contact me if u have any problems then left, never to be seen again. We didn't check the property, we had an appointment so dropped our bags and left, when we came back at nights, I really saw the room!
I should also mention that the door code issue was the same for many people. Everytime I parked up, there would be people on their phone trying to contact the property for entry codes etc. Thats very poor organisation. Its so stressful to go somewhere expecting at least a check in desk but find nothing and u have no details of how to access the property that u fully paid for in advance.

Now the property it self. Parking was easy, (that's it, that's the only positive)
the car park was dirty, lots of rubbish everywhere, it was the only dirty driveway on the entire street, all of Malmö is spotless, so clean, so beautiful and this place is so dirty, completely doesn't belong there.

The rooms don't get cleaned between stays, when people check out, they don't clean the rooms, they don't change the beds/ bedding etc.
When other people left, during my stay I noticed that they just fixed the bedding to make it look nice and rented it to the next person. No one cleaned the rooms. The bedding/duvet had blood stains on it, and other stains. and the floors were so dirty, I reached out to the guy the first night, and complained, sent him pictures. his response came the next day with "we will fully refund you".
I STILL HAVEN'T GOT THAT REFUND.

Too difficult to stay
Pros:

There was nothing likable for this property

Cons:

there was no security system and the property itself was not clean . Also they overbooked the room ,stranded us in the midnight and had to arramge our replacement place as they didnot even arrange an alternative place for us .They didnot even have this common sense what to do for guest who has been stranded in midnight due to their own neglegency of overbookimg a room .
