Upon arrival, the property’s bathroom was locked, certainly by mistake and the internet information provided was incorrect. When asking for support, staff, repeatedly doubted my statements.

Maintenance person was called and sorted the bathroom issue and as for the wifi, the room wifi information simply did not match the information provided by email but it worked.

The remote staff continued to doubt my statements (as if I had anything to gain by them). And even in the end, did not apologize for providing the wrong wifi information by message and/or apologize for the inconvenience.

気にするほどではありませんが、設備は若干老朽化しています。エアコンを付けたら凄い音がしました(部屋が涼しくなるにつれて静かにはなりましたが)。ドライヤーや歯磨き粉はありますが使い捨ての歯ブラシやカミソリは置いていません。
同じく私は気にしませんが、無人のホテルでスタッフは近くにはいないようです。旅慣れた人には十分ですが、困った時誰かに聞けるなどサポートが必要という人には向かないでしょう。

It would have been nice if bath towels were available but understandable.

In May I enquired about early-check-in and did not receive a response until 8/1 close to check-in that it would incur in additional fees. Not a big problem but I would have been nice if I knew ahead of time.

冷氣不夠涼、整體比較老舊

There were several areas where the property could improve. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy and did not appear to be functioning optimally. I also noticed a number of insect marks on the ceiling that had not been cleaned and several cabinets were locked without any explanation, which felt somewhat unusual. Although the room featured a kitchen, many of the basic utensils to be usually expected were not available. In addition, the windows would benefit from more regular cleaning.

Overall, the property has potential, but there were a number of small details that gave the impression that the guest experience is not yet receiving the level of attention typically associated with a well-executed hospitality operation.

I was send a room number and the code to a room that was already occupied, so I basically walked in on someone half naked. When I texted the premises, they send me another room number - with exactly the same key code - which makes me believe that they don't even change it and every room has yhe same code - that's not very reassuring.
My room was dump, smelly and the sheets were dirty - I left and spent the night at the airport terminal.

* No air conditioning - only a fan circulator that didn’t cool the room at all. It was already hot in May, so summer would probably be very uncomfortable.

* Only two towels were provided, with no extra towels for hands or feet. I asked for more towels but never got a response.

* The blinds didn’t block the sunlight at all, so the room got extremely bright in the morning.

* Overall, the place felt old and not very well maintained.

i guess the door in the bathroom as it was flooding when we take a shower. so we had to use the towels to make sure it doesnt get too wet on the floor

Ce n'est pas ma première fois dans ce logement mais l'appartement que j'ai eu cette fois-ci n'était pas à la hauteur.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et le ventilateur faisait un bruit d'avion, heureusement qu'il ne faisait pas chaud sinon je n'aurais pas pu dormir. La chasse ne fonctionnait pas correctement, la douche était bien séparée par une porte mais il manquait un joint. L'eau se répandait donc dans toute la salle de bain. Il y avait que deux petites serviettes à disposition.
