The staff was so nice and understanding! They let me storage my luggage since my flight was late at night so I could spend the day at the city without any worries! Definitely would be back when I visit Hoi An!

Lisa at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. The room was large, the surroundings were simple but very clean and well kept. Beautiful pool looking out on the rice paddies. Very homey feeling.
Everything was nice but you should know in advance:
There are 4 floors, no elevator. Recieves cash only. No CC.
No buffet breakfast, choice is from a set dish menu. At the end we were full and it was tasty. Just fyi.
Piękne miejsce, polecam pokój z wanną, wtedy jest gwarantowany widok na pola ryżowe z ostatniego piętra. Obsługa i śniadania również znakomite.
Niestety dozwolone jest palenie na basenie, co oznacza smród dla wszystkich, którzy mają pokoje nad basenem. Musieliśmy kilka razy dziennie zamykać i otwierać w kółko okno balkonowe, jak ktoś palił papierosy. Palacze powinni palić poza obiektem, a nie uprzykrzać życie innym. Bierne palenie również może powodować raka.
Die Lage mitten in den Reisfeldern, trotzdem gute Cafés in der Nähe und alles gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar (durch die Reisfelder, also auch sehr schön). Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und saubere, moderne Zimmer.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Hoi An. Just far enough out of the bustle of the city, but not too far that things are inaccessible. You will feel right at home here - from the warm and helpful Lisa, the furnishings and amenities. It is a breath of fresh air! I loved that my room looked over the pool and rice paddies.
I liked everything! I couldn't think of a single improvement.
Loved everything, if I were to go to Hoi an again I would go to the same hotel. The location was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful, have us tons of great recommendations.

Serenity. Pool was good perfect to end the day with a swim. About a 20 minute walk to Hoi An old town but the location was perfect for me, very relaxing but still close enough to all the attractions. Easy enough to get a Grab around, Could not recommend this hotel enough! Close to some amazing Cafes looking out onto the rice fields
Not having a fridge in the room
Le personnel est accueillant, très bien situé, le prix est intéressant. Les vélos en prêts sont très corrects par rapport à d’autres établissements et surtout il y a toujours des vélos de disponible. Je conseille cet hôtel avec la vue sur les rizières
