So calm and serene.
Pros:

Loved that it was away from the busy streets of hoi an. So pretty to sit in the pool and look out at the rice fields. The host was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Very bright lights coming into both rooms downstairs.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Great spot to stay for a few nights in Hoi An. It's away from the busy Old Town area but still only a 10min grab to get there. Views of the rice fields. They have bikes available to use and it's a good area to bike around and go to the beach. Nice café next door (Le Locust) only a few mins walk. Spacious and clean rooms.

Cons:

Reception wasn't always staffed so pays to check what time they'll be there/what time breakfast is available from. But the staff were very helpful 🙂

The view and great staff
Pros:

Staff at Jade were so warm and welcoming that it felt like home. Other guests staying there must have felt the same, as they explained 'how things are done' and helped us when we arrived outside of the check in time. The lady in the kitchen packed us breakfast as we left for a day tour one early morning.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We woke up to bright and sunny mornings, with birds chirping as we enjoyed the view from the balcony.
Oh the view! This is what attracted us in the first place and it was as shown. We could see little kids and occasionally tourists riding past on bikes. It is such a peaceful part of Hoi An; you also get a peep into the local life, when you walk around in the neighbouring streets.
You can easily hire a Grab car for transport, but don't leave it too late when you are coming from the city centre.

Cons:

Nothing really. Just one thing to note, If you like a higher floor, and you're arriving late, there mightn't be anyone to take heavy suitcases up. So plan accordingly.

Comfy, clean and lovely room.. not great facilities
Pros:

I love how peaceful it was. The location is not great if you want to be in the centre, although I was aware and I enjoyed it. The room was super clean also! Very comfy bed. They have Netflix on TV which is was a bonus. The view is stunning! Staff was friendly, specially Billy.

Cons:

Reception could have been more helpful when I arrived there, my room was on the 4th floor and there’s no lift so I had to do two trips going up and down cause no one helped with my luggage and there was two girls like doing nothing. It’s a nice gesture when a guest arrives and you help them out. Just a tip for the future! The breakfast options were super limited, just Vietnamese options. It’s hard to find someone at reception, it’s always empty despite the morning time. Also I was there for 3 days and no one checked my room out, at least changing the bin that was quite full. Pool was too hot to enjoy!

Pros:

Der Ort, die Zimmer und das Personal waren einfach ein Traum. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir konnten immer fragen, falls etwas war und es wurde sich mehr als gut um uns gekümmert. Wir haben es sehr genossen und sind sehr froh, dass Lisa sich immer um alles gekümmert hat. Für uns war es einfach perfekt. Wir kommen wieder ☺️

Great relaxing place outside of the busy old town.
Pros:

The place is amazing, it’s a quiet villa outside of the busy town area, very relaxing. It’s also not far from the beach. The staff was lovely (Lisa) and everything else too, I didn’t want to leave!! Very much recommended.

Cons:

Not a bad thing necessarily, but because it’s far away, you have to organize yourself to get into town. Most people get Grab motorbikes that bring you there.
