I had a wonderful stay. The property is clean, comfortable, and provides everything you need for a relaxing trip. A special thanks to Youssef and the rest of the reception team — Ammar, Savey, Mohamed, and Siraj — for their professionalism and friendly service. The place is like a village, once you enter there is nature everywhere. There are a few restaurants and activities that happens at night. You are very close to diplo street 3 minutes walking. Special thanks to Siraj, Ammar, Youssef, and mohammed for their wonderful hospitality
The room is small a bit, and the internet needs improving
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, Serag Eldin, for his outstanding service. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and courteous throughout our stay, and he always made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. His warm attitude and professionalism truly made our experience more enjoyable

In the bathroom, the shower is located very close to the toilet, and the distance is very short.
Rooms are clean and that’s the only advantage of this place
Disappointing experience — definitely not worth the price.
First of all, the place has almost no facilities. The pool was under maintenance, as they told us when we arrived.
What was even more disappointing is that they never mentioned that the property is adults-only. We were travelling with our 3-month-old baby, and only after arriving were we told that we couldn’t use the pool because it was adults-only. This was extremely frustrating and felt very misleading.
We had to insist on getting beach access, which was basically the minimum we could expect from a place like this.
If you’re looking for good facilities and value for money, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. For what they offer, it is very, very overpriced.
Overall vibe of facility was awesome, all the services, shopping, restaurants variety, entertainment venue.
