Excellent stay—I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again the food was so good.
Pros:

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, and the location was convenient. Overall, everything was excellent.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was quite good. Felt almost like a home, with equipment for washing clothes and simple heating/reheating of meals. Room service was prompt and responsive.

Cons:

Communication from the staff was somewhat lacking and it feels like the property faces some teething issues. While we asked twice about the possibility of a late check-out, we received no follow-up communication from any of the staff. We were told right upon check-in that water wouldn't be available until the evening — while this didn't actually affect us, it wasn't pleasant to hear the moment we checked in, and seems like a regular problem in the area. We were also hosted in a wing where corridors were very pungent with food odours.

While breakfast was good, 80+% of the room service options were unavailable for other meals throughout the day, and the only other convenient choice was to pay more than a typical room service option at the hotel restaurant. The accommodation is not really in BKC either; we assumed we would have easy access but most rickshaws declined to take passengers to BKC. For what it offers, the property felt somewhat expensive.

Good, convenient and compact service apartment near BKC . Cost effective and better for long stays
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness and housekeeping - especially Kaif -Did his job well and spoke well and was helpful. . Also supervisor Yashin and Ansul. Also liked Proximity to BKC.

Cons:

Area surrounding the apartment. Very congested
Also did not like that the service apartment is part of a residential apartment and food (Swiggy) were not allowed to come to our floor. We had to pick it up from the lobby.

Pros:

Staff is attentive, room service, laundry service, hardware lock from inside, drawer with key&lock instead of a safe, en suite bathroom.

Cons:

I didn’t find from Booking.com page that the bedroom shares living, kitchen etc. with other two bedroom. 11sqm bed room is a bit small to be relaxed, and shared living room is not for that.

I couldn’t find this shape only from the name of this hotel.
