Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja. Część atrakcji w obrębie spaceru, blisko przystanek tramwajowy i prom. Wygodny pokój. Miła i pomocna obsługa.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff, great location close to galataport and İstiklal Caddesi. standard Turkish breakfast. please note that AC works only if you close all windows which is not obvious if you dont ask :)

Cozy hotel at good location with no service
Pros:

Rooms are nice and have enough space for comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is great - just a few minutes' walk to Galataport, T1 station, Taksim square and Istiklal street, yet not in a crowdy street. The breakfast was good, even though the variety of food could be better. Staff at the reception has been kind and responsive.

Cons:

There is no room service at the hotel. On check-in, the bathroom was dirty as if it was not cleaned at all. In a room booked for 4 guests, bedding and tea were provided only for two. During 5-night stay, the room was cleaned up exactly 0 (zero) times.
Drink water was provided only once on check-in.

Pros:

الموقع استراتيجي بجانبه مسجد وقريب من غلطة بورت وشارع الاستقلال وميدان تقسيم وبرج غلطة، وأقرب وسيلة مواصلات عامة ترام محطة توبهانه الذي بجانبه جامع تاريخي كبير لايحضرني اسمه.

Cons:

الموقع على مرتفع ويجد مشقة المسافر بصحبة اشخاص كبار في العمر او من معه عربية أطفال، لايوجد عوازل (سواليف جيرانك عندك)، الموكيت متسخ لكن اجمالي الشقة نظيفة ومتكاملة الاغراض، السرير غير مريح لمن يفضل المراتب غير الهابطة

Pros:

The location is great: it's close enough to very good restaurants and bus stations, yet also far enough to be sufficiently quiet. The size of the room is larger than some others at the same price range. And I guess it's always a bonus to have cooking equipments. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This hotel locates on a hill, and you need a bit of climbing if you plan to travel with public transportation. So it might be a problem for people who have difficulty walking.
The furnitures feel a bit basic for this price. The air conditioner only does warm (it's not a problem as I lived there in late spring). The exhaust fan is very loud and cannot be turned off separately from the toilet light. The only trash bin is in the toilet and very small. The lack of washing machines is another downside.
The biggest problem is, you have to manually request room service to have your room cleaned and towels changed. And this is not clearly stated! We spent the first two days using wet towels.

Pros:

The hotel is great, the staff is very friendly, and the location is also very good. We were concerned about the internet, but we did not have an internet issue in our room on the 3rd floor, and it seems that they have made every effort to achieve this. 👍 Many thanks to all for a very enjoyable stay, we will definitely be back. 🙏
