Pros:

everything is great. they even have a shower room (with fresh towel provided) to let you take a shower before your check-in time so you can stroll around feeling fresh after landed from a flight. they can store your luggage as well in the meantime. staffs are very helpful.

Pros:

C'est propre et le personnel passe tout les jours pour les chambres,le personnel est serviable, aimable et super gentil.
La chambre est légèrement petite à cause des valises mais ça nous a pas poser de soucis,le lit est hyper confortable.
L'eau a une très bonne pression et on a aussi de l'eau très chaude si nécessaire.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est trop chère pour ce que c'est .
Pas bcp de choix et pas super bon non plus.

Convenient location and up to standard room quality.
Pros:

The superb lack of environmental noise. The sound proofing is very good.
I stayed on level six.

Cons:

The window in the bathroom made showering and toileting uneasy.

I can understand why the pool is not 24 hours but why is the gym is not 24 hours?
