Pros:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien (un peu bruyante). La piscine ferme trop tôt (20h). Petit déjeuner très moyen. Vue sur un parc sans grand intérêt. Restaurant correct avec terrasse agréable en soirée

Pros:

We frequently choose this hotel whenever we visit Divonne, and it usually never disappoints. We enjoy the overall atmosphere, service, and hospitality, especially the excellent reception staff who are always welcoming and helpful.

However, during our stay in late May 2026, the weather was unusually hot, and unfortunately the air conditioning was not working properly. This made the room uncomfortable, especially at night. We hope the hotel can improve this aspect, as otherwise it remains one of our preferred places to stay in Divonne.

Pleasant Hotel, lovely area.

Breakfast, if you could get some, was good (see below)

Cons:

Shower head looks to be something from a child's toy box.

The room lights are concentrated one end, near the bed head and as such the rest of the room is pretty dark.

The hot breakfast ran out very quickly and wasn't replenished fast enough to suit the number of guests present, therefore one had to have a cold breakfast. Ok if that's what you like.

Incroyablement incroyable 🙂
Pros:

L accueil, le personnel, l’emplacement de l’hôtel, l’établissement en lui même était incroyable j ai rien à dire.

Cons:

C’est pas de votre faute bien sûr, mais le faites qu il y aie énormément de pólen sa nous a un peu embêter, et puis sa serait top de mettre une piscine extérieur aussi.
Si non tout c’est passer nickel.
