Auf den Baulärm müsste hingewiesen werden solange dieser länger vorhanden ist.
Pros:

Angenehmes Personal das auf meine Wünsche einging. Kein langes Nachhaken an der Rezeption wenn ich in Begleitung war.

Cons:

Hatte zuerst ein Zimmer zur Straße die relativ laut ist und an der schräg gegenüber ein Hotel teilweise abgerissen wurde sodass sehr lauter Baulärm vor allem vormittags bis zum frühen Nachmittag vorhanden war. Ich bekam dann nach Beschwerde ein neues Zimmer, wobei bei meinem Balkon kein Ausblick vorhanden war. Ich schaute direkt auf die Mauer vom Nachbargebäude.

Pros:

Ich war jetzt schon öfter in diesem Hotel und eigentlich stimmt fast alles. Gut fand ich, dass die defekten Liegen am Pool ausgetauscht wurden.

Cons:

Es nüsste öfter der Taubenkot in der Pool area entfernt werden. Zur Zeit gibt es Lärm von Bauarbeiten gegenüber vom Hotel. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Convenient location for the nightlife at a reasonable price with comfortable spacious rooms
Pros:

Good location with easy access to the beach and local shops and bars
friendly staff efficient lifts spacious room and walk in shower with good water pressure and instant hot water reception staff discrete with guests. The pool area on the roof looked very inviting with a good view of the bay. I did not use it. I did not try the gym which is actually located in the Hotel hotel next door

Cons:

The room was sparsely furnished with dull decor and needs more pictures and decorations. There was a large building area the rear which was quite noisy from about 8 o’clock in the morning. It was quite noisy on the balcony with the Aircon unit. The bed was a little bit hard

من الفنادق المفضلة لدي في بتايا هادئ جدا
Pros:

القرب من الشاطئ و هادئ والمسبح جميل
الحمام نظيف جدا والسرير كذلك
الموظفين ودودين
قريب من المول و يقع الفندق مابين شارع الشاطئ و شارع السوق
الفندق لديه فندقين آخرين بنفس الشارع

Pros:

Location is good - close to the beach and Central Festival. The room size is large which is a big plus.

Cons:

Thee room doors still use traditional keys instead of having key cards.

Good comfortable stay in Sea me Spring.
Pros:

The room is one of the bigger one in Pattaya and clean Chic look. A nice rooftop swimming pool and a quite soi centrally located.

Cons:

Being such a beautiful and old trusted hotel, it lacks several basic requirement which is a must in todays hospitality. The hotel doesn't provide iron boxes in room. Toiletries does not include moisturizer which good hotels do provide. Room sofas need a upgrade.
