This was truly an amazing place to stay! The room was clean and comfortable with a calm atmosphere, but what impressed me the most was how friendly and kind the staff were.

From the moment I checked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles. Every interaction felt genuine and caring, which made me feel completely at ease. Even small requests were handled with such attentiveness—it really made a difference.

My stay was so enjoyable thanks to the wonderful staff. I would definitely love to come back again. Thank you so much for everything!

Pros:

I have been staying at the See Me Spring for years and have loved the hotel, the staff and the location. This time I went in low season and sent the hotel two emails one in February and one in April asking if there was any chance of a room with a sea view (knowing they would be quiet). I received no response to either message so tried verbally at check in to see if there was anything they could do for me to which I got a straight forward “no”. I asked a couple of days later if they could offer me a deal and was just offered the standard upgrade price of 900tb per day (an extra £20 per night) which put the daily price up to around £60 per day - sorry but you can book a much better hotel in Pattaya for this amount. It’s a real shame but I think my relationship with this hotel may have just run it’s course.

But overall the staff and hotel is good.

My room was filthy and it smelled like mildew. There were cigarette butts on my patio and a condom in my toilet! I contacted you guys immediately with my concerns. I will deal with directly when I return to the States. I had a 4 day reservation and I left after 1. You should be embarrassed to list that property.
