Would highly recommend - Great value for money with small kitchenette in the galleria area -
Pros:

Great value in top location. Staybridge suites in Galleria has the perfect location for business activities in the area at a reasonable price and excellent facilities. Very clean and comfortable and they do the basics well with exceptional staff and cleanliness. The small kitchen was functional with separate living room

Cons:

The free WiFi for guests did seem a little slow at times and I had to log in multiple times - I assume if you are a IHG member it wouldn’t be better

Cons:

Stayed here last weekend and honestly thought everything was fine—until I checked my bank account. That’s when I saw they charged my card FOUR extra times, totaling almost $950 in overcharges. Not once, not twice, not three times… FOUR.

Now I’m stuck dealing with the stress of trying to get MY money back. I’ve sent multiple emails and still haven’t gotten my refund or any real help fixing this.

The stay itself was decent, but none of that matters when your account gets hit like this afterward. Be very careful giving this place your debit card or personal information because if something goes wrong, don’t expect a quick resolution. Completely unacceptable.

Pros:

el desayuno incluido va más allá de un desayuno continental, es variado y de buena calidad los productos.
Debo destacar que en especial la atención de Oli fue sumamente proactiva, cálida y profesional!!

El espacio para pasear a tu mascota es amplio y agradable. La ubicación magnifica a 5 minutos caminado de Gallerias y en una zona linda y segura.
