Beautiful location
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the surrounding nature is simply mesmerizing, with numerous walking trails, monuments, and scenic viewpoints. These attractions are especially easy to reach during the summer and in dry weather. Be sure to visit Emperor's View (Ķeizarskats), the Piekaramais Tilts bridge, Velnalas Klintis and Velna Ala caves, and the Small Devil’s Cave (Mazā Velnala).

However, if you are not traveling by car, the hotel can be more difficult to reach. There are fast and easy bus connections from Sigulda railway station, but they do not run very frequently, so be sure to check the schedule in advance.

Cons:

There was no information provided about the check-out process. I had to call the owner at around 9:00 a.m. to ask where I could leave the keys, as there was no one in the lobby area.

The Booking.com listing states that breakfast is available for an additional charge of €10. However, it does not mention that the restaurant in the same building only opens at 10:00 a.m. Since I had to leave before then, I was unable to have breakfast.

A peaceful and very comfortable stay in a beautiful location, perfect for exploring Sigulda with fam
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kaķītis. The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature, and it was very convenient for exploring Sigulda and the nearby walking trails. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

There was nothing significant that we did not like. Everything met our expectations and the stay was very pleasant.

Ļoti patīkama uzturēšanās! Saimnieki bija atsaucīgi un laipni – visu izskaidroja un izrādīja. Īpaši patika SPA zona, kas bija lieliska vieta atpūtai. Paldies par viesmīlību, noteikti iesaku šo vietu citiem!

Geweldig!
Pros:

Geweldig hotel op prachtige locatie. Wij hadden de suite, die was heel ruim met eigen balkon en een keukentje.
De kamer was mooi ingericht, alles nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht over de bossen en de rivier de Gauja is overweldigend. Voor kinderen is er ook veel te doen.
Je moet wel een auto huren of met eigen auto komen want het ligt wat afgelegen.

Cons:

Kan niks bedenken.

Приехали 5.6 вечером в номере были 2 комплекта чистых полотенец. 6.6 днём пропали полотенца с номера (уборщица забрала, зачем не понятно) и самое главно никаких других не дала взамен. Я попросила на ресепшене полотенца у работника. Он долго не мог понять, что я хочу. Пошёл со мной в номер, потом кое как понял. Пошёл за полотенцами. Долго его не было, потом принёс 2 полотенца, хотя из начально было 4 (для рук и тела) , но я обрадовалась хоть какие то полотенца. Выглядили они помятыми,но я как то не придала значения. Тока когда уже вытералась после душа.то поняла, что притащил грязные полотенца в каких то пятнах крови и грязи. Вопрос! Зачем забрали чистые полотенца? Взамен никаких других не дали, но когда попросила вернуть полотенца принесли грязные. Почему?

The location was perfect for our needs. There is a very nice restaurant next door - good breakfast (with special offer for hotel guests) and the view from the terrace of the restaurant is just stunning.

Pros:

Patika pilnīgi viss. Skaistā vietā, jauki ,atsaucīgi , pretim nākoši viesnīcas darbinieki. Ļoti garšīgas brokastis. Fantastiska SPA zona.
