Pros:

Great location and very warm welcome by the staff who were always more than helpful.
Enjoyed every minute of our stay and the breakfasts were perfectly splendid.

Beau et confortable séjour dans la belle Essaouira
Pros:

Emplacement dans la charmante médina d’Essaouira.
Décoration des chambres et confort.
Aspect historique du bâtiment.
Délicieux buffet du petit déjeuner avec des spécialités marocaines.
Accueil et contact avec le directeur

Cons:

Pour un deuxième séjour, nous avons trouver que le personnel était moins disponible, peut-être un peu débordé par un hôtel complet durant notre séjour

Bien dans l’ensemble
Pros:

Petit déjeuner bien, mais rien d’exceptionnel. Emplacement de l’hôtel très bien, beau partir. Dîner très bien servi un peu trop vite entre les repas. Roof top non conforme aux photos vus sur le site, et ça c’est décevant.

Cons:

L’accueil du personnel pour certaines personnes, manque d’accompagnement pour un Relais et châteaux. Et surtout le rofftop…

Un établissement magnifique, architecture digne d’un palais.
Un directeur très attentionné envers les clients. D’une sympathie et d’un professionnalisme incroyable.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The roof terrace and swimming pool is lovely. We enjoyed the spa too.
Pros:

It is a very beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious and luxurious. The food is very good but the menu was the same for the 5 nights we were there.

Cons:

Our room phone didn’t work. The lift closed too soon on the ground floor.

Le Lieu est magique! Un arbre de paix, un élégant écrin pour se reposer et prendre plaisir à la ville et au luxe traditionnel du moment !

Cons:

Les restaurants étaient fantastiques!!! il est listé sur la carte Michelin. Le directeur de l’hôtel charmant, comme tous les employés. Sont décor et parmi les plus beaux que j’ai vu.
