Der Heure Bleue Palais ist eine historische Ikone, den wir auf Empfehlung von Freunden als etwas Besonderes gebucht haben. Der beheizte Pool auf dem Dach ist ein Highlight. Wir haben sogar ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen!
Die Freundlichkeit und Fürsorge des gesamten Personals ist hervorzuheben! Ich hatte eine spezielle Anfertigung zu nähen und ein Mitarbeiter hat mich auf seinem Moped mitgenommen um den richtigen Schneider zu finden und auch, um den korrekten Preis zu verhandeln. Da aufgrund der Feiertage die Arbeit erst nach unserer Abreise fertig wurde, wir waren dann bereits in Marrakesch, hat das Hotel einen zuverlässigen Fahrer organisiert, der uns das dorthin geliefert hat! Herzlichen Dank noch einmal dafür an alle Beteiligten!
Sehr gut hat uns auch die Qualität der Live Musik gefallen. Wer sich einmal etwas gönnen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Накрученные отзывы, так как за такие большие деньги ожидаешь +- хороший уровень проживания и питания, а получаешь ровно только большой минус. Завтраки никакие, мы не смогли поесть ровно ничего, тк еда самого простого уровня, выбора нет и невкусная. Приготовили для нас омлет, он был холодный, неприятный. Номер уже устарел и к тому же по углам пыль везде. Вечером была приятная живая музыка, это плюс. Очень жаль, что отель не оправдал ожидания с картинки.

Le bruit sur rue et le bruit des valises à roulettes très tôt le matin dans les couloirs empêchent vraiment de se reposer. Cela pourrait être corrigé par du double vitrage et un joli tapis étroit.

I honestly think the pictures do not do justice to this beautiful property at all. The whole colonial style of the hotel makes you feel like you are a heroine from a 1920s movie. Yes, the property was renovated quite a while ago, but somehow that does not spoil the atmosphere whatsoever — if anything, it adds even more charm and authenticity to the place.
We absolutely loved the rooms, the design, the restaurant and especially the courtyard. The entire property feels incredibly atmospheric and elegant. The staff was amazing throughout our stay, and the food was genuinely great as well.
If I had to mention anything that could be improved, I would say the pool area could use a little refresh, and the rooftop terrace was not really up to par with the rest of the hotel. However, honestly, we were not planning to use the rooftop anyway, so it was very easy to overlook considering how beautiful the overall experience was.
