Pros:

Darja, Daniel and Richard were awesome: always helpful, always greeted with smile, it was so pleasant to see them. Darja definitely went above and beyond, showing excellent customer service.
Room was always perfectly cleaned, cleaning people did a great job. Bed is very comfortable, pillows are soft and linens are perfect and wrinkle free.
Breakfast was excellent, such a great choice of everything. Tables were clean and atmosphere great.
Suggesting this hotel from all my heart.

Disapointign at the begining but saved by the staff.
Pros:

Staff was very nice, we had a problem with the room, but staff very kindly relocated us to an upgrade room, which was nice. Room had a great view and air con.

Cons:

The initial room was on the floor which was recently renovated. The corridor had a strong smell of recent redecoration and so did room. room actually when we opened the door had a ridiculous smell as it was sunny side and the heat made the odours a lot worse, after opening the windows we managed to semi get rid of the smell but then the issue was a broken balcony door, which we were unable to shut therefore it was not safe for our kids and we had to ask for another room. Also, aircon was super loud.

Tuba oli väga vana,remont tegemata,peatusin koos venna perega ja neil olid standard toad väga uhked aga meil vana kuigi hind oli väga krõbe.Bookingus võiks olla kirjas et parkimine pole tasuta,30eurot kahe öö eest väga kallis.

Localização boa para quem vai a pé até o centro histórico. Biblioteca muito próxima. Funcionários excelentes!

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Service und eine Umgebung, wo man den Mantel der Geschichte wehen spürt. Besonders grossartig fanden wir die Präsidentensuite!

Pros:

Väga puhas (pesud lõhnasid hästi ja mitte liiga tugevalt), moderne, kõik vajalik olemas. Lastel oli mõnus paus aktiivsest puhkusest. Täiesti piisav spa ka lastega olemiseks.

Cons:

Konditsioneer ei töötanud ja magada oli väga palav, mistõttu uni ei olnud parim. Hommikusöögihelveste valik võiks olla laiem. Hommikusöögiks võiks kakaod saada.
