Pros:

Fantastic view of the Bund skyline from river view room
Comfortable bed
films in English to watch on TV
Breakfast great
pool is fabulous with additional large hot tub pool overlooking Bund view
gym and sauna great also with Bund view

Cons:

seating at breakfast - offered table with sofas which were too low. No tables left in dining area apparently but when we looked there were.
Room wasn’t ready at specified check in time

Un mot suffira ... MERVEILLEUX !

LE BELLAGIO SHANGHAI est une expérience inoubliable. Un service irréprochable. Séjour MERVEILLEUX ! Les nombreux restaurants au sein du BELLAGIO offre une expérience culinaire incroyable ! J'ai bénéficié d'un sur classement de chambre inattendu ... Un service pressing très professionnel. Petite corbeille de fruits tous les jours déposés dans la chambre. Je le redis, MERVEILLEUX ! Petite anecdote, nous sommes remontés en chambre, nous y avions oublié quelque chose. La responsable de l'hébergement contrôlait dans notre chambre que le ménage avait bien été fait. Quand nous avons voulu entrer dans NOTRE chambre, elle nous a demandé de rester dehors et de rouvrir nous même notre porte (c'était pour vérifier si nous étions bien les occupants de la chambre) ... très professionnel !

Cons:

Mon mari a pu bénéficier de la WIFI gratuite à tout moment, malheureusement je n'ai pas arrivé à l'avoir sur mon téléphone ... c'est le petit bémol de ce séjour.

Voor herhaling vatbaar echt prachtig hotel!

De kamer was fantastisch. Enorm groot en val alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de gym en zwembad en overige faciliteiten rondom waren geweldig!
