Very disappointing experience. My mobile phone was stolen from my room during my stay. When I reported the incident to the front desk, I expected support and cooperation from the hotel management. Unfortunately, the desk manager showed little concern and provided no meaningful assistance. There was a lack of response, follow-up, or effort to help investigate the matter.

Guest safety and security should be a top priority for any hotel. The handling of this incident left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I hope the management takes steps to improve security measures and customer support for future guests.

Overall a good stay will consider it for the next time
Pros:

The location is very good and not too far from the Dargah. Actually, you can see the dargah gate from the balcony room. The room & bathroom were clean.

Cons:

Service & tea cups (I received cracked cups) could have been better; the staff was polite & behaved, but service was delayed every time.

Location was good.
Pros:

The morning staff were very good vise vers the evening staff were rude. Not co operative.

The shower was missing and the lock of the bathroom was broken. Building can be more clean.

Good safe stay!
Pros:

Staff fulfilled the requirements promptly and did go a step further to make our stay comfortable. Mr Vinod Varma was prompt and helpful. The owner was too warm and went an extra mile to fulfil our travel request.
