Access to the spa and fitness area is restricted to guests aged over 16.

Please note that it is not allowed to access Doña Lola Restaurant shoeless and shirtless. Neither the access to the restaurant in the outdoor area (beach club) or the Beatriz Terrace without a shirt is allowed.

Please note that air conditioning and heating in rooms are not individually controlled.

For stays on December 24 and December 31, the published half-board rates include a mandatory supplement corresponding to the gala dinners held on those evenings.

The Gala Dinner Package for the 31 December starts at 20:00 and includes:

Restful break by the sea
Pros:

It is a wonderful place, to relax, rest and amazing food, service, comfort. This is not the first time I stay there. Everything very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and wonderful facilities. Great stuff. All rooms have sea views- Highly recommended!

Clean, room very noisy, lack of staff. Poor young man working main bar was run off his feet. Poor management.

La vue mais une assise impossible de voir cette magnifique vue le mur du balcon est trop haut

Deux personnes antipathiques le premier un monsieur d un certain âge comme par hasard il était à l accueil le premier jour de notre arrivée et le jour de notre départ, flegme impoli et antipathique je suis désolée mais c’est la vérité! Par contre le reste des jours le personnel à la réception aimable et souriant.
Ce qui nous a vraiment choqué c’est la qualité de la nourriture, inférieure et incomparable à ce que nous avons l habitude de voir dans les hôtels 4 étoiles en Espagne.
Le petit déjeuner normal sans plus. Mais meilleur par rapport au dîner qui était pauvre en salade pauvre aux plats et le dessert catastrophique. Une dame à l accueil je ne sais ce qu’elle avait contre nous je vous dirai même son nom “ Charifa” pas possible on a rien compris, impolie et hautaine !!! Je ne sais pas pour qui elle se prend. Par contre un serveur merveilleusement sympathique monsieur Joseph aimable professionnel et adorable ce matin on n’a pas pris le petit déjeuner ce qui fait on n a pas pu voir monsieur Joseph pour le remercier même l’inviter dans notre pays et lui rendre l’accueil et la bienveillance qui nous a accordé. Il a tout fait pour qu’on soit à l’aise et bien servis.

Hotel idílico, increibles instalaciones
Pros:

La ubicación i las instalciones. La zona de l piscina y el beach club es preciosa. El personal maravilloso.

Cons:

Si tuviera que poner una pega diria que las puertas de las habitaciones y los pasillos no tienen ningún acompañamiento al cerrarse por lo que si no vas con cuidado pegas unos buenos portazos. Dirante la noche nos despertaron varias veces portazos de otras habitaciones.
