- SPA:Monday-Sunday 11:00 - 18:00h

Access to the spa and fitness area is restricted to guests aged over 16.

Please note that it is not allowed to access Doña Lola Restaurant shoeless and shirtless. Neither the access to the restaurant in the outdoor area (beach club) or the Beatriz Terrace without a shirt is allowed.

Please note that air conditioning and heating in rooms are not individually controlled.

For stays on December 24 and December 31, the published half-board rates include a mandatory supplement corresponding to the gala dinners held on those evenings.

The Gala Dinner Package for the 31 December starts at 20:00 and includes:
- Cocktail & Piano music
- Gala Dinner
- Brunch Buffet till 15:00 pm.
Late check-out until 14:00.
Formal clothing required.

We liked the staff, the hotel in general was nice and the breakfast was good. The pool was well cared for a great size

Cons:

The room and corridor was not very clean, it was unfresh as though it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The terrace of the room was so dusty and dirty with bird poo on the table and sunbeds. The lift access was awful, one very slow lift to cover so many rooms! The lunch options were very poor considering it’s called a “beach club”. Around the pool in the day there is not enough sunbeds unless you get there early and beat the people the reserve them with a towel. This should not be allowed.

Muy bien calidad precio.
Pros:

Hotel con un personal muy amable. El buffet ha empeorado desde la otra vez que estuve pero aún así se come bien.
La animación muy bien.
Las habitaciones muy bien y amplias.

Cons:

El buffet me gustaba más hace uno años. La pizza estaba un poco dura y el personal a veces tenía demasiado trabajo para traerte una Cocacola.
El mantenimiento del hotel es fundamental ya que se ve muy bonito pero había ciertas partes desconchadas o sin pintar.
