The room was clean and quiet. The AC was working well.
There was no TV as expected since the Booking.com ad says it has. There was no water supply until at around 8PM on the 4th floor, and when it got restored, the supply was also fluctuating. I asked assistance from the front desk, they offered their staff toilet that doesn't have light on.
very bad communication, no staff reachable via phone or booking app message center. they doesn’t seem to care for any customer support. very bad experience

Chambre spacieuse.
Équipement très très très basique. Débit douche juste suffisant, pommeau douche cassé, rien pour poser sa trousse de toilette et le rouleau de papier hygiénique, pas de douchette de wc comme on en trouve partout en Asie. Et, surtout, climatisation archaïque et très très bruyante.

Everything is average.. room is so big, could have put in more usable furnitures.
The room that we get for couple is in the third floor.. its hard if you have heavy luggages
There so many mosquitoes inside they are not willing to help about the problem. The heater when we use it afects the light going on and off. Toilet is crap.
Staff are not helpfull they dont care. They are not polite! They seemed like our enemy. What is wrong with this demonic place?
