Estadia perfeita, porém anúncio poderia ser mais claro e objetivo.

Deveria estar especificado com clareza que o quarto é PARTICULAR e não do hotel, para sabermos os procedimentos e nos programarmos , até pq hotel regra utilização de mantas, cobertas, e toalhas como se recusaram a fornecer para nós.

Towel change only after 5 days. Would be nicer if after 3 days.
Just one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner every 3 days would be greatly appreciated.

Vidro da janela quase caindo, cofre não funciona, elevadores com problemas. O único a funcionar requer manutenção. O hotel mudou de nome e não foi informado por ocasião da reserva. Só problema.
