Замечательный отдых в отеле София на курорте Золотые Пески.
Pros:

Отличный отель в центре курорта Золотые Пески. Ресторан отеля на высшем уровне с большим разнообразием блюд и напитков. Очень приятный персонал, отличные коктейли готовил бармен Дима. В номере хорошая сантехника, есть все необходимое для прекрасного отдыха.

Cons:

Всё было отлично.

Pros:

Персонал, вид з вікна

Cons:

Їжа, номер, дуже гучна музика. Харчувались лише готельною їжею, але на третій день перебування захворіли кишковим отруєнням, температура піднімалася до 38 градусів Цельсія, відпочинок був зіпсований через це.

Бих препоръчала на приятели!
Pros:

Персоналът беше много любезен, стаята чиста, храната много вкусна и разнообразна.

Cons:

Не ми хареса дългата маса в чест на чужденците, които говореха с много висок тон, подвикваха си, избухваха в смях по време на храненията.

Cu potential mare avand in vedere infrastructura insa necesita imbunatatiri la asoectul mancare si bauturi.
Pros:

Apartamentul spatios si confortabil. La cerere se ocupa mai mult de el, de exemplu a fost greu cu schimbatul prosoapelor, s-a intamolat doar dupa ce am diacutat cu managerul…

Cons:

Mancarea si bauturile all inclusive, ar putea ridica putin calitateabauturilor, sunt cele mainieftine produse de masa din Bulgaria.

Pros:

Large rooms and very clean , comfortable beds, great positioning, food was good every day diffrent meals . The receptionist really nice, warm people . We had an amazing time, definitely will come back

Not so good anymore
Pros:

Private beach close enough with beach bar. Friendly staff. Nice room. Easy acces to the center

Cons:

Comparing with previous years in which I came to this hotel, I would say that services have decreased.

Food:
The variety for the food has decreased, even the quality for some of them (e.g. fruits jam at breakfast, snack bar, desserts, found a rotten peach, uncooked chicken, expired sauce/it was splitting into oil and the rest of it). The kids menu was not available at all.

Cleaning:
First day of cleaning, they didn't change the towels, even if we've let them on the ground as instructed for changing.
Second day, they didn't even enter the room, and we've seen the cleaning staff at pur floor, a few rooms away from ours (trash bin still full, towels not changed etc.)
We had to ask at reception for someone to be sent to our room.

The elevators should be changed, they don't work good at all, and one of them was not working on our floor.

My biggest disappointment comes from the fact that I know how the hotel used to be a few years ago (from 2017 till 2021) and that now it's not worthy of its 4 stars anymore
