The location right in front of the sea and facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was amazing with such a large variety of savory and sweet items and excellent quality.

The breakfast spread was fantastic as well as the large balcony where it’s served. Breakfast staff were really helpful too. The private beach area makes a difference. The reception staff were lovely.

Pros:

Posizione fronte mare in una baia di sabbia più tranquilla e molto apprezzata ma a 15 minuti a piedi dalla movida.
Servizi dell’hotel di alto livello, camere da letto molto comode e spaziose, con aria condizionata indipendente molto funzionale, colazioni di qualità e pranzi/cene di alto livello in una terrazza sul mare.
Parcheggio all’interno del parco, gratuito, con tanti tanti posti auto.
Piscina aperta con solarium davvero bella in mezzo al verde molto curato con piante e vegetazione bellissima.
Ed in più l’area Spa.
Tutto lo staff dell’hotel molto gentile e accogliente.

En general, nos gustó todo, desde la tranquilidad del hotel hasta las increíbles vistas.

Cons:

Por poner algo negativo puedo decir que al desayuno le falta comida que hagan al momento como tortillas, huevos etc. He ido a hoteles de menos categoría que lo tienen y es perfecto para el desayuno.

Pros:

The hotel still has a very special atmosphere. It feels like an old Mediterranean villa, with an incredibly beautiful reception area, and every detail seems to be part of its history.

The breakfast is genuinely what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Fish, champagne, cold cuts, jamón and a very good selection overall -everything you would expect from a hotel of this category.

Cleanliness is excellent. The housekeeping team does a very good job, the grounds are clean, and the pool is clean and pleasant.

Location - right by the sea

Cons:

No kettle, glasses or even teaspoons in the room.

No complimentary water in the room - not even tap water provided in a bottle.

The hotel is not in particularly good condition and clearly needs maintenance. The lift doors can close dangerously, a ventilation cover fell off, there was a sewage smell in our room, and the air conditioning was leaking.

Some members of staff were extremely unwilling to resolve any issues. In restaurant, a dish appeared on our bill that we had not ordered and that cost roughly twice as much as what we had actually been served. Paying the difference was never the issue - we simply wanted to understand how it had happened. Instead of clarifying, the restaurant manager repeatedly interrupted us, raised his voice, walked away mid-conversation and then appeared to avoid us for the rest of the stay. I have honestly never experienced anything like this in a hotel of this level.

The blonde lady at reception was the one who had to deal with the frustrated guests and did her best to de-escalate the situation. She seemed to be one of the very few people who actually understood how guests at a five-star hotel should be treated.

There is no iron in the room. Ironing is only available as a paid service, and "in some time".

Una maravilla
Pros:

Me encanto la piscina exterior, muy amplia y agradable, la temperatura estaba perfecta y se puede escuchar musica debajo del agua.
También el restaurante donde se puede comer super bien, tiene mesas con vistas al mar, la carta muy variada con opciones buenísimas y buena calidad-precio, también aproveche el viaje para trabajar ya que el hotel proporciona wifi y unos sofás en la entrada mas privados donde se puede trabajar muy agradablemente tanto en el exterior como en el interior del hotel.
También agradecer al equipo de recepción que fue super amable y me ayudaron con todo durante mi estancia.

Prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Comfortabel bed.

Cons:

40 tredes naar de ingang. 64 tredes naar het strand. Depri muziek op terras en aan zwembad. Onvriendelijk personeel in restaurant. Geen leuke sfeer. Geen bediening aan zwembad. Koud zwembad na regenbui. Geen 5 sterren waard.
