Cons:

This property was extremely disappointing experience. I booked and paid 5 months in advance, only to arrive and find my booking had not been processed. Despite proof of payment ,the hosts refused to answer calls from both me and the hotel and took no accountability.
Would not recommend.

Way over priced for the quality of unit
Pros:

Location very good

Cons:

Unit wasn't clean to standard
Sheets were dirty
No coffee in the unit - for penthouse, you would expect coffee atleast
Maintenance to the unit is very poor!!!
No toilet roll holder in main bathroom, no dustbin in kitchen, door hinges need to be maintained. Room smelt weird. Towels were worn. Curtains don't work properly - maintenance.

Location was excellent.

Cons:

Only one key and entry disc provided but the flat sleeps 4 people. Makes it very inconvenient getting in and out of the property. There was no coffee provided only tea and sugar and Cremora. The one lift needs a service as it kept stopping suddenly on 14th floor.

Great value for money
Pros:

Absolutely love staying at the Capital whenever I need to be in Pretoria. Check in is a breeze and the staff is always friendly and willing to assist. You get covered parking and it’s safe to walk around in the area. The view is always nice especially at sunset or sunrise

Cons:

There are 1 or 2 things that I brought to the owner’s attention privately.

The view from the balcony

Cons:

There was only one little container of milk, we had to buy more. we thought perhaps there would be water as well in the fridge. no bed side lamps, inside cupboards were dirty. old containers of shower gel and hand wash used, not professional at all. wifi signal not good
