Pros:

Alles neu und sehr sauber, Klimaanlage lief sehr gut. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Matratze viel zu hart, kein Schrank da um Kleidung aufzuhängen, Außenbeleuchtung sehr laut, Hundegebell über Stunden, nicht zu ertragen

We stayed 11 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room. However, the bathroom had bad smell and very little water in thevshower andvtaps. And water too had bad smell.

Comfortable but could be better for the price
Cons:

Slippers would have been nice. The bed comforter needs to offer better warmth at night due to inability to control the temperature level of the air conditioner. Bath mat would be appropriate to reduce accident of slippery floor. Room lighting switch bedside should be considered, in addition, the over all lighting of the room should be not as intense

Nice hotel, and a good place to stay if visiting Bayawan.
