It was closer to all the places I had to get to.
-Poor communication from the staff, and the security has some funny attitude (one slept on duty & ignored us completely lol yoh!)
-Not being told in advance that the place is under renovation (no signs to guide Uber drivers to their temporary reception, it was such a nightmare!)
-No charging points in the room (had to go buy an adapter late at night)
-The fridge is just for deco purposes lol nothing gets cold in there
The staff is very friendly and always helpful.
The rooms are very clean and the food is very good.
It had two bedrooms.
No HVAC. No Dryer. Headboard falling apart, not well painted, water damage on walls and ceiling, doors don’t close properly. You can hear all the noise coming from the hallway outside. The safe was closed so we couldn’t use it. The building was very difficult to find as the address number is not displayed. The building is not well lit. This place is more like a Motel 6 at best!

The property was under renovation and we were not informed about it. To go from our room to the restaurant and parking was a big problem for us.
Staff in eating area was friendly and helpfull
Reception unfriendly and not really helpfull.Aircon in room could not be used while in room, fan noisy.Also bathtub drainage could not closed so bath could not be used, report it twice with no action
We had an excellent sea view on our first and 2nd apartment. The family suite at the hotel was exceptional.
Great view from the 3rd floor roof top (spa area). We could see the Table Mountain on one side and the ocean on the other side.
The first apartment had a bit of dated furniture and could use a facelift. The beds were a bit shorter than usual...
The renovation was a bit of an inconvenience given that we had to walk a considerable distance to get to the breakfast area.
