leuk hotel om te slapen, maar de rest van de dag is er weinig

Welcome could have been improved

Hotel and restaurant staff

Cons:

We arrived a day late to the hotel due to flight delays. I sent messages via booking.com site to inform the hotel of this, however the responses were incoherinent, as if they were not reading my messages about us arriving one day late and were marked as a no show. When we then showed up at hotel, we then had to wait 30mins to checkin to our room despite having already paid for the apartment from the night before. It wasn't the warmest welcome after 2 days travelling.
