What’s in the internet and when you go there it’s nothing like the pics, I was disappointed, wanted a change of room, the delay in getting one was ridiculous. I spent most of my time at reception in the cold.

Good with room for improvement on responsiveness
Pros:

Great experience at the facility . The rooms are excellent , the location is very good and th sea views are awesome . Looking foward to coming back in October for a conference

Cons:

I asked for the conferencing team so that we could book a conference we want to host there and couldnt see them the whole time i was there a full week. I also left my business card and upto now no one has reached out so responsiveness is quite low and needs attention

Pros:

Their breakfast buffet is good, tasty food.

Cons:

It was FILTHY!!! The rooms needs tons of renovation, poor management. Staff don’t clean properly and have no love for what they do and it shows. It was extremely dirty

We celebrated my wife's 60th with 80 guest ofbwhich many stayed over.
This is such a beautiful clean, well located establishment good facilities. Our room was big and comfortable with a shower and a bath. No issues with wifi. Iron and iron board in the room. Cannot fault the facilities. But Wow, the staff (not banqueting staff) - see under what i didnt like. Mary- Anne at reception was very kind.
Breakfast and restaurant food was tasty, so too the restaurant staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Some of the reception staff should definitely be more friendly and polite. They are the face of the Hotel and many ways you your 1st point of contact on arrival.
We had no one assisting us with our luggage i used the hotels trolley and push my own luggage to my room.
Some staff dont greet if you dont greet.
Our room was cleaned at 3pm only, but on the day of our departure they wanted to clean it at 9.00am whilst our check out time us 11.00.
In my view, if only the staff can change their attitude this establishment will continue to grow.
Will I be back? Yes, definitely and maybe staff will be more friendly.

Cons:

I had to request extra bedding a few times (after I spesifically asked for it on my booking). The main bedroom's matress was not very comfortable.
