Schönes Hotel direkt am Ufer des Mains - wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Schönes und gemütliches Hotelzimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und ansprechend angerichtet. Das Speisenangebot im Restaurant ist ebenfalls vielseitig und das Essen von sehr guter Qualität. Im Sommer ist die Terrasse mit Mainblick ein wunderschöner Ort, um das Frühstück oder das Mittag-/Abendessen zu genießen und einen Sommerabend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen.
Die schöne Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Lage, grundsätzliche Ausstattung und Restaurant/Frühstück sehr gut

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war nur oberflächlich. Insbesondere der Saunabereich benötigt mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Auf der Toilette in der Lobby sah man sehr gut dass nur Oberflächlich gereigt wird. Die Toilettenpapierhalterung und diverse Ecken und Kanten waren sehr schmutzig, was für eine nur oberflächliche Reinigung spricht.
Das Personal war ungeschult/ungelernt und meistens mit Quatschen beschäftigt.
Insbesondere abends im Restaurant ist aufgefallen dass eine Dame alles alleine gestemmt hat und die drei jüngeren Damen in der Lobby/Bar waren nur am Quatschen und habfn sich nur auf Zuruf bewegt.

bei einem weiteren Besuch in Karlstadt wüsste ich wo übernachten...
Pros:

War nur für eine Nacht in Ihrem Hotel.
Die Lage ist sehr schön. Auch das Frühstück war für mich sehr gut
Parkplatz (Motorrad) direkt vom dem Haus - ideal

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht klimatisiert. Vom Wetter her gings gerad so. Aber wenn es wärmer gewesen wäre, wärs für mich ungemütlich geworden
