The swimming pool is open from Easter until October. Please note that it is not heated.
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €25 per night/animal and deposit of €200 will be applied. A maximum of 1 pet (cat or dog) is allowed and with a maximum weight of 20 kg. All requests for pets are subject to confirmation by the property.
The minimum age to access the spa is 16 years. Minors between the ages of 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Price: €17per person (50 minutes).
Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization.

Colazione buona, un po' cara

Ho avuto problemi la prima sera con il climatizzatore e la mattina seguente sono rimasta in doccia senza acqua fredda. Usciva solo acqua calda bollente. Ma poi hanno rimediato, cambiandoci la camera e offrendoci la colazione. Esperienza unica. Bellissimi ricordi. Barcellona nel mio cuore. Questo hotel nel mio cuore. Tutti super gentili, cordiali e calorosi. Posizione ottima. Esattamente un mese fa ero lì. Che nostalgia!

The Hotel has a great location, quick to get to the stops for City tours etc. Lots of take away's and very good restuarants around the hotel. The room was comfortable with great shower presure. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. It has a swimming pool on the roof with its own bar. Wifi was great as well
Position
We paid almost €3,000 for five nights for our family of five.
The room remained at 26–27°C for several nights despite the air conditioning running continuously at its minimum setting. We complained several times but the problem was not resolved. We were even told that perhaps we “felt hot” because there were five people in the room, despite the thermostat objectively showing 26–27°C.
Other problems included shower soap not being replenished until we complained, a broken dispenser that was never repaired, a problem with the shower head and inconsistent housekeeping.
I also found a live cockroach approximately 3–4 cm long in the hotel gym.
Breakfast was not included and cost another €86 for our family. It was good, but in our opinion nowhere near special enough to justify that price.
The hotel offered us two separate rooms for the final night, but with three children aged 11, 8 and 7 this was not a practical alternative.
Most disappointing of all, I emailed hotel management on September 8th with a detailed explanation of everything that had happened, deliberately giving them the opportunity to respond before leaving public feedback.
As of September 16th, I have received no response.
At almost €600 per night, the level of comfort, maintenance, cleanliness and service was completely inadequate in our experience.
We would not return.

I booked this for a 2 night stay for our anniversary. We loved the location, very close to everything. The room was very pleasant and large, with a huge bed and great shower. The pool was a feature we really enjoyed too. Breakfast was really excellent with a good selection of hot and cold food with chef on hand to cook eggs/omelettes to order.
I had upgraded to a supreme room hoping it would have had a balcony as shown in the images but was a little disappointed it wasn't as pictured. It was still a really nice room. Our TV didn't work - not that we planned to watch much TV but after reporting this twice that we couldn't get any channels to work, it wasn't resolved during our stay.
We didn't feel overly welcomed by the staff attending the bar area whilst waiting for our bags to be stowed away. We were politely asked to move to the sofas, despite there being several tables free. We were very tired after our delayed journey and a minute to sit down was appreciated.
Exelent and expencive both the time.After all the taxes I paid much more over the price that I choose in Booking. In future I want to know the price with the taxes and not to be surprised in the last second.
