Pros:

Everything! If we could give more stars we would. Location is perfect and the staff is amazing. Even after we checked out they kept our bags and we were able to take shower in one of their massage room after our trek. Then, they let us stay in the lobby while waiting for our night bus and brought us tea.
We also got a massage combine with the bath and if was very relaxing!
Highly recommend for your stay in Sapa !

Good for the short stay but nothing to write home about
Pros:

Location is perfect in the city centre of Sapa. Rooms were cleaned really well. Communication and staff were great.

Cons:

We got unlucky with the room (503). The room is on top floor (where you walk up by what appears to be a fireescape), right next to what appears to be either AC generator or water boiler, which was very loud. You cannot sleep there without earplugs at all. The view from the room is a barbed wire covered window which is not really airtight.
