Pros:

Nhân viên thân thiện, dễ thương, hỗ trợ và tư vấn hết sức nhiệt tình. Đặc biệt khách sạn có dịch vụ massage rất tốt phù hợp sau những chuyến đi bộ cả ngày. Khách sạn ngay trung tâm, thuận tiện đi các điểm.

Pros:

Расположение отеля очень удачное, напротив здания Sun Plaza.
Сам отель симпатичный, номер к нас был хороший, немного староват ремонт, но в целом, хороший. Очень приятный персонал! Особенно хочу отметить, что когда мне понадобился утюг, я просто написала в приложении, и мне сразу же, через минуту наверное! принесли утюг👍👍

Cons:

Что не понравилось: в ванной комнате при включении освещения, включался вентилятор, который гудел так сильно!!, что невозможно было отдыхать в номере.

Pros:

Бронировала этот отель на 2 ночи, но разными бронированиями, потому что не была уверена, понравится он или нет. Всё понравилось, номер хороший, чуть староват конечно, но в целом хорошо 👌 есть балкон, зубные щетки, гель и шампунь. Кофе, чай обновляли. Есть чайник, телевизор хороший, кондиционер , но в Сапе итак не особо жарко, в номере даже прохладно было иногда.

Cons:

Не понравилось: вентилятор в ванной комнате, через чур громкий! Слишком громкий, шумел на весь номер, но особо не вытягивал влажность. И старенькие полотенца.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage direkt neben der Bahn für zum Fansipan. Genug Platz und hat alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Einziger Negativpunkt war das es immer im Gang komisch roch. Und unter dem Balkon hat es ein Grill von einem Restaurant das riecht man auch. Sonst alles Top.

Great value for money and location.
Pros:

Perfect location, very central. Ease in checking in and room was excellent. Although since there was a massage area at the lobby, the damp smell would greet you everytime you entered. Otherwise, it was a great overall experience for the price.

Cons:

The massage area at the lobby made every entrance feel damp and the smell was not so pleasant. I usually use the stairs instead of the elevator and these were very narrow.
