The comfortable and strategic place to visit Erevan.
Pros:

It was the third time I stayed overnight in this hotel and it won't be the last. Everything was perfect as always: the location, staff, comfort, breakfast, value for money, and the proximity to the bus stop from/to the airport. I had the opportunity to book an early check-in, which was really comfortable and cheap. Thanks once again to the staff for the great job. See you again!

Sono rimasto molto deluso dal fatto che avevo deciso dí riprenotare per gli ultimi giorni del viaggio ma quando ho chiesto dí poter fare una prenotazione mi è stato risposto dí sì ma dopo poco mi è stato invitato un messaggio privato dove mi sì avvisava che avrei dovuto fare la prenotazione attraversando Booking.com ma mi sarebbe stato fatto pagare un extra dí 10000 dram per la terza persona, nonostante il fatto che avrei dovuto prenotare e pagare per camera tripla. Hi trovato questo gesto scorretto.

Struttura nuovo, in una posizione centrale.
La camera era piccola ma accogliente. I letti comodi.
La colazione a buffet era molto varia e buona.
La ragazza della reception è stata molto gentile.

Cons:

Parcheggio inesistente. Il giorno prima di arrivare abbiamo inviato un messaggio chiedendo consigli su dove parcheggiare, ci è stato detto che vicino all’hotel avremmo potuto trovare parcheggio senza problemi.
Purtroppo non è stato così.
Abbiamo chiesto aiuto alla reception ma ci è stato consigliato un parcheggio “gratis” dietro l’hotel che in realtà non esiste.
C’è il parcheggio a pagamento su strada, ma attenzione se avete un’auto con targa straniera: non è possibile parcheggiare.

Pros:

Good location, near city centre, close to everything.Staff,both reception and kitchen, were very friendly and helpful.Varied breakfast.

Cons:

Our de luxe room was in basement ???-pretty small, no windows, smells a little bit-feeling like you are in underground bunker.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is served from 8.30, however they prepared us lunch boxes, so we could eat breakfast earlier when we had to leave early. The buffet breakfast is also really good. Location is perfect, sights are walking distance. The hotel and the room is nice and clean.

Our room was quite dark

Pros:

La stanza era una doppia con letti singoli, 1 finestra, e bagno privato al piano -1 (piano reception). Stanza pulita. Colazione buona con più scelte tra dolce e salato. Personale accogliente. Letti comodi, stanza silenziosa!

Cons:

Stanza molto piccola ma comunque perfetta per 1 notte.

Отличный отель: расположение, персонал, чистота, комфорт, завтраки! Останавливались не первый раз - все замечательно! В этот раз хочу отметить завтраки - расширен ассортимент блюд, наивкуснейшее исполнение омлетов (каждый день разных), все свежее и вкусное! Также в этот раз пользовались услугами кафе при отеле: обед и ужин (можно выбрать по меню) - действительно вкусно и по-домашнему!
