Pros:

They are like ghost , in night there is no one on reception they don’t even provide handwash,soap or their telephone wire are not connected they don’t have WiFi facilities in night if you want a cup of water then there is no one to provide that

Pros:

Staff were good and accommodating

Cons:

The name of the hotel itself is contradicting as the location is 25/30 min away from the lakeside. There is no lift and our room was on the 5th floor. WiFi was in and out every time.
