Location . I stayed in this hotel back in 2018. Basing on that experience I choose again but was highly disappointed.
AC was not working properly. Breakfast menu was very poor though I paid for that. Room was not cleaned regularly.
Great and location and comfort.
I think the AC should be updated and the mini fridge was not working properly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were genuinely impressed with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything.
The hotel has very good facilities and everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were convenient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the effort the hotel puts into making guests feel welcome.
The location is another big advantage. It is conveniently located close to the town, making it very easy to access shops, restaurants, transportation, and other important places. This made our stay much more convenient, especially when we wanted to go out and explore the area.
What really stood out to us was the quality of the staff and their hospitality. Everyone we interacted with was polite, kind, and professional. Good customer service can make such a difference to a hotel stay, and the staff here definitely made our experience more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay. The combination of a great location, good facilities, comfortable accommodation, and genuinely friendly staff makes this hotel a place we would happily recommend to others.

Nothing at all
Breakfast was decent and acceptable. Our flight was an evening one and the front office staff offered overseeing our luggage in the reception area which was thoughtful.
The pictures advertised is quite opposite of what you actually get. The rooms were basic with a bed, TV and a table. Nothing extra like a towel hanger or extra chairs. The lighting in the room was not sufficient. Just the one chair supplied for a room of three. Cleanliness was an issue as they use the same mop for cleaning the toilet and room which really is hygienically not right. Regardless of having the 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign, staff have come into our room and did their business. Spotted a roach and lizard in my room. Breakfast was acceptable with many times, certain dishes being spicy for my palette but they had other varieties so would not complain. I would recommend that they have more variety of fruits and fresh juices rather than cordial. The reception staff never spoke or smiled but they were never rude so it didn't really matter. I booked two rooms with 4 adults and one child. However, there was no extra bed in the room and my 8 year old slept with me and my daughter. To top it up, i had to pay extra for her breakfast although Booking.com recommended and it came up with breakfast included in both the rooms.
Nice lobby, provide cuckoo water
1. Poor lighting, light very dim, should install more lamp or brighter bulbs
2. Inhaled Smoke during sleep in middle of night. Need to open the window for hours! (Disrupt sleeping whole night)
3. Aircond cant adjust temperature
