Olhos cheios pelo palacete e pelo parque, tudo o mais sem interesse.
Pros:

Bom pequeno almoço. O parque é assombroso assim como o palacete. Tem duas ótimas piscinas.

Cons:

Restauração de má qualidade. Até umas simples sandes não tinham uma fatia inteira de presunto ou de fiambre dentro, não estavam barradas com manteiga e foram servidas sem um guardanapo. Do pessoal da recepção apenas um elemento mostrou competência. Quando chegámos fomos obrigados a perguntar se havia um elevador e onde é que ele estava.

Pros:

I liked the old style of the hotel. Outside pool was great.

Cons:

Room was not the one I reserved. Room they gave me after was small and I had to ask from towels twice.
Some hackers tried to hack me one time by email and other by WhatsApp. They had all me information.
Spa needs improvement, both jacuzzis were not working.
Also they had a very nice lunch menu posted everywhere but when we tried to have lunch the kitchen was closed. Had to eat pool food. What a disapointment.

Outside amazing, inside disappointing
Pros:

The outside of the building and main common areas are impeccable and take us back in time to the beginning of the 20th century.
The staff in the breakfast area was very friendly.

Cons:

The room and the spa / inside pool area are in need of proper maintenance / update. There could be more facilities for kids (a swing and a slide, some games in the kids corner).
There was no internet working in the rooms and most of the time not working in public spaces.
During our stay the lift broke twice.

Do facto de ser um hotel com 100 anos e manter tudo do passado,no entanto assegurando o conforto, tendo a capacidade de nos "transportar" ao passado com as comodidades do presente
