I couldn't call, Nobody take my call, I called many times from airport and I arrived but no call, no instructions, no any reaction, why you advertised your object? I don't understand, it's so irresponsible and very bad experience, next time I never book this appointment

Pros:

compact apartment with private kitchen and full facilities in a two floors building in a local residence area , suitable for one or two peoples.
about ten minutes to Almaty 2 railway station by walking through a bridge across over the rail tracks rinside the railway station, if you take heavy lagguage,has to cosider this up and down steps. if you want to go to city by this over bridge,just go through the railway station and a security check is just needed.
the hotel owner Assyl is very helpful , patient, and quickly response and always online. the hotel staff is very friendly and always be there.
